I reckon Buddy would be more motivated by hitting 1,000 goals than playing his 300th. He has said he wants to keep playing until he's 36, so he would be a big chance to achieve it. I hope he does. I also believe Blakey will be hoping Buddy plays on ..... allows him to get the second or third best tall defender as he develops.

Reckon the Bombers style is suited to the G, wouldn’t mind getting a look at them at closer to full strength

That Varcoe play then is whats wrong with AFL and the over coaching.

Yep my pet hate. The instincts coached out of them. Would rather see a player with natural goal sense have a shot over his shoulder and miss than look for options that aren't there
