Maybe I need to look more closely, but it seemed that what Greene did to Neale was less severe that what he did to the Bont last week. If I've missed something and he has made unreasonable contact with Neale's eyes, well that's eye gouging isn't it? If he didn't make contact with his eyes, it's a fine. If he did, surely it's 4 or 5 weeks, not 1.
