Not the first time someone has made their debut in a GF at AFL/VFL level for Richmond.
Billy James debuted in Richmond's 1920 premiership win, kicking a goal that sealed the flag for the Tigers. Funnily enough - it was James' first and only senior game.
Pickett will become the 6th player to achieve the feat - the most recent being Keith Batchelor, who debut for Collingwood in their 1952 Grand Final loss to Geelong.
