Richmond got annoyed when they had to travel to Marvel - just imagine how annoyed they'll be playing a home game at Homebush!

Blockbuster between the Bulldogs and Melbourne tomorrow night is in jeopardy, with Demons players and staff ordered into self-isolation this morning. We understand a Demons player attended one of the COVID-19 exposure sites in Melbourne in recent days.

That's why I was a bit confused about their Marvel comment! Do they just hate the stadium that much?

The fans despise it especially for home games

The Richmond and Collingwood fans hate Marvel because they don’t get the same seats or areas they do at MCG home games. Marvel is a brilliant ground but when you are paying up to $1k a year for memberships you want similar seats to what you normally have. I know with Covid members weren’t allowed to sit in their regular seats so got moved to what I considered the “cheap seats” so I didn’t attend

I would laugh if it was the Circus Bar, South Yarra between 1.30 am and 4.15am Sunday morning.

If it was Tom Browne would have tweeted about it.

The Port Adelaide-Fremantle Sunday twilight fixture at Adelaide Oval has been pushed back 40 minutes to a 4.50pm local time beginning, to allow more time for the umpires to prepare, as that set of officials will have controlled the previous night's West Coast-Essendon match in Perth.

And Geelong still have to travel into Covid Country despite Geelong itself being Covid free. The AFL really don't want Collingwood to play at Geelong or for Geelong to have close to the same amount of home games other teams have, do they?

Why does the AFL need to include this rubbish?
Just say it's been pushed back so fox footy can show the full Richmond game before switching over to this one.
No one cares, everyone is understanding that things are being moved around, so no need to throw out this line about the umpires.

Looking at flights from Perth the earliest on Sunday arrives at 2.45pm, which now gives them 2 hours before game time.
Wonder what the back up plan is should the flight get delayed or cancelled?
