Catters seem to play a lot of 50/50 games at the Cattery, unless my platform was spinning shit.
And 60/40 is what I'd expect which means top eight but not top four. Just want some younger players getting a run this season. Missing the eight all together wouldn't be the worst thing for the club. Don't want us to Hawthorn or Collingwood right out, but a dip to 10-12, a month off and some better draft picks could do us the world of good. If we finish top four and drop two more finals in embarrassing fashion then that's not a good result. Most of the guys who have lost a shitload of finals are not going to be a part of the next Cat flag side. Paddy misses out, 2020 was his big chance.

Don't disagree with your win it teams but find it ironic that both those sides are arguably two of the most unpredictable clubs in the last five or so years.
They are streets ahead of the rest of the teams, they are both still cherry ripe.
Not sure they are streets ahead of Brisbane but ahead they are for sure.

Port fans laugh at Brisbane's finals efforts, that's how bad they are in September.

Like us, too busy crying at your own demise I'd suggest. They will be about again and they'll be hungry. Top four for sure and a Grand Final wouldn't be the biggest surprise.

I've rated WCE & GCS too highly, Travel and no Darling is going to hurt the Eagles as will no King will see the Suns struggle even more, any injuries to any of the core group for the Suns will be worth double of most other teams.
It's going to be bloody weird seeing the likes of Hawthorn and Collingwood occupying the bottom half of the table.

What? You've been top 2 the last two years...…….I have you dropping down. You were hammered by injuries last year and Butters< Amon and a few others are only going to get better and better.

It was probably just as much I can’t see who the big improvers are
I don’t think Geelong and Richmond are getting any better
Essendon and St kilda might be ok but not too 4
For mine Sydney could be the ones to break into the top 4.

Ack Geelong are awful! Kolo, Atkins, Rohan, Esava, Higgins, Dahl, Stanley...a never ending parade of shitness. We only make the eight if Tom Stewart can play all season. I know it's only pre-season but by cripes we were ordinary last night. Six years waiting for Esava to learn how to play gives me the tom tits. Long season ahead for us Catters I feel.
