How close before the next round does a Review then become a Preview?

150th game for Ben Brown this weekend, against his old side.
Still can't believe North put him up for trade but it's turned out very well for him being a premiership player and playing in a successful and dominant team.

THE most stupid thing any club has done over the past 20 years.

Clubs scream for big forwards. He has one off year - from memory his wife miscarried - and he had injuries and he get jettisoned out of the place. Craziness.

Just like players are in or out of form, so too are list managers.

I think not accepting 3 first round draft picks for JHF is worse.

Add in that before that injury riddled season in 2020 the four years before that he was the clubs leading goalkicker finishing third in the Coleman medal in 2017, second in both 2018 and 2019.

It's ridiculous that a club can reject a key forward so easily but like I said it's worked out very well for him though as he became a premiership player and his old club finished bottom and were the lowest scoring team in the competition.

That could well turn out to be true. The kid looks a gem, but given Norths position and list they could well have done with last years pick 4 and two first rounders this year. ( Adelaide took Rachele at 6 and offered theirs and Melbourne 2022 1st rounders ).

Carlton v Sydney - Marvel - I think Carlton, Sydney's defensive intercept marking needs to be at it's best to get over the Blues, but Ladhams and Hickey could control the air for the Swans. Toughest game of the round.
Geelong v Port Adelaide - Geelong - Cats should win, their big forwards always a tough match up for Port, well, anyone really. Hayes v Stanley means no real ascendancy for either midfield, Miers out helps Geelong.
Western Bulldogs v Gold Coast - Ballarat - Under the roof I give the Suns a chance, in Ballarat though it's a tougher task, Bulldogs only spluttering and the Suns at $2.90 isn't a silly bet. But no bet here.
North Melbourne v Naarm - Marvel - Naarm in a canter
Adelaide v St Kilda - AO - Saints should account for Adelaide, the big men up front will be too much for Adelaide to handle
Richmond v Essendon - MCG - Lynch is in great form, the Tigers building, watch Jack jump up in a flash
GWS v WCE - Giants Stadium - GWS H2H.
Hawthorn v Brisbane - Tasmania - Brisbane make the trek and get the chocolates,
Fremantle v Collingwood - Optus - Fremantle will bounce back, Collingwood might get in their way for a bit though.

haha surely you jest! Nick Larkey kicked 17 more goals than Ben Brown last year, with BB in our team Larkey doesn't do that.
