Looks like the cats having a premiership reunion, wonder if Stephen Dank got an invite.

FFS, bad kicking is bad football, this should cost us the game despite being the vastly superior team.
Hope the kicking boots are on come finals time.

Connor doesn’t half look to drop the shoulder everytime he gets tackled. Cats have looked the better side, they’d be pretty dirty if they cough this up

The fake buttons are a masculine addition to the Geelong jumper, I think they should go extra macho and pop those collars too.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

Melbourne's kick outs from defence have been awful.

Bombing is one thing, not having big men at the fall is another.

Dees won’t be too upset. They will still win it all. The big finals are played at the MCG and no one will get near them there

Good thread though, having Port and Carlton fans tell me about players strength and milking frees is like an 90 year old Uber driver giving me hints on driving (and I give it the same creedence)! ;)
Next they'll be giving me their opinions on higher education, arts and literature!

Would you rather advice on how to stay in Adelaide Oval?

Done it probably well over 1000 times so should be right. ;)

1000? Every week for 20 years. Impressive.

50 years and includes test matches, SANFL games, work there, and when I was a smoker I'd go there at least 12 times a day, over 1000 easy. ;)

It's retro round ya clown. You can always wear a Magpies guernsey. Oh hang on......

PS That effort by Hawkins was the most brilliant piece of play I've ever seen, what an amazing player.

Handy win considering the bad kicking and umpiring but never get excited as for Geelong there's usually no difference between finishing 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. Good to win for Isaac, we have a pretty damn good record in milestone games!
Nice to start the tipping weekend off at top with a win even if the multis did go arse up.
Bring on Round 20 when we get Tom Stewart back when we'll get an accurate gauge of where we're at.
Might have to wear my Djilang top tomorrow in the Naidoc march tomorrow instead of the indigineous flag like I usually do!

Well sadly, I don't. Completely dysfunctional forward line that receives abysmal service for the most part. Will be lucky to make top 4 with the run home.
Having said that, even last night some of the running link ups were sublime, I just don't think they can score heavily enough from the midfield to overcome the wasteland that is the forward line.
