It's hard to see Port getting rid of Hinkley until the end of the season as with five wins they are going to be around the mark for Finals for the rest of the season

Fail to make or go out straight away you can see a conversation being had or Ken will arguably make the call himself given his character.

Only way he'll go before then is if they lost there next four games and that isnt happening given two of those four include North and hawthorn.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Kicking at goal under pressure let Port down again. Just like it did in the last quarter against Melbourne earlier in the year.

Are the crows back on track and finals bound?

No. Those 2 wins they were outplayed, just bad kicking for goal by Carlton & Port lost them the games. If the holding the ball against Draper was called & Tex kicked a goal it would have been bad kicking by Essendon that lost them that game. In reality Crows have only had 1 win where they've outplayed the opposition. Not good enough for making finals

Need to win at least 10 of their last 15 games to get to 13 wins. Games away against Collingwood, Geelong, Sydney, Brisbane and Essendon. Crows arent playing finals when they've got Home games against GWS & Sydney to navigate too..

As opposed to any other time in the last 7 years where Ken has failed to take the next step and should have walked?

He has stuck around because Ken only cares about Ken and our pathetic excuse of a board are the pack of enablers who have allowed this shitshow to go on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on.

It's almost like Port are run like a corporation and not like a football club...

Don't think you were out played. You were the better team.

Agreed. Didnt see the Carlton game, but last night we were definitely the better team.

I must have been watching a different game.

I get that the umps want to keep the ball in motion, but ffs pay HTB and the ball will keep moving.

Terrible both ways.

Said years ago when the AFL became hell bent on finding an opponent guilty for every head knock, they’ll make a rod for their own back. No problem with head protection at all but they’ve only focused on half of the problem. Time to start penalizing players who lead with their head.

Just tried to explain to my (one eyed Cats supporting lad) who appreciated Daicos winning goal, that it was his old man’s bread and butter. Great win by the Pies, felt they were at least a few goals better on the balance of play
