Teams win with fewer scoring shots all the time. But to win by 5 goals with 5 fewer scoring shots would be fairly rare.

Not everyone loves the hard stuff and that’s ok, scoreboard shows a win and that’s all that matters

Exactly the improvement Crows fans have been looking for from their kids, looks like a well balanced mid.

He was a sub earlier in the year, slowly built up and is now dominating. Better mix in the midfield is helping him thrive

I think Smith out of the starting six backs worked tonight, looked cleaner and less rushed.

Definitely - Smith has lost some speed and agility and he knows it. Doesn’t look comfortable with the ball, the game is happening faster around him than he can now handle.

So what are the power supporters thoughts on rozee? Everyone knew he wasn't going to last if he played. Don't blame the medical team. I remember they cleared Holmes in a gf and the coach overruled it and reid got cleared too and longmire played him and he was ****** by half time. End of the day, the coach makes the call. We all knew he was ****** if he played so why did Ken let him play?
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

That’s a Grand Final though, not round 8. Every coach in the history of the game who has played a GF has taken someone in who’s not 100%. The sheer stupidity of playing him is mind blowing and the press conference was worse. Hinkley admitting that he didn’t take into account what the injury would be like when it became fatigued is dead set embarrassing….
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Every other club will accomodate a contribution to his contract to absolutely guarantee that he remains there for the next 10 years. He’s like a politician who does nothing other than ensure that he gets re-elected.

Need to be careful that Tredders doesn’t spoilt the party though.

Poor Fos and Jack, their legacy is being trashed by a thousand cuts.

Serious post

Fair play to Port who in the off season tried to improve their defence this season by getting in Zerk-Thatcher and Ratagolea. However they could have recruited any of May, Lever Moore and Andrews and it wouldn’t have made a jot of difference if the midfield and forwards don’t want to apply defensive pressure to create turnover or at least dirty ball that is easier to defend.

They had more possessions more time in possession won the clearances but got out worked at the contest see tackle count as a rough indicator of that. Until they fix the players want to get down and dirty defensively (which what is what Collingwood a flag last year) they are destined for bottom half of the eight or missing it all together.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
