For the rest of us, we have enjoyed the Hinkley ride and would love it to continue, obviously without winning the flag. Are we happy for him to tease the faithful a bit more and make a GF

Before the Prelim - they dont want him to have any undue pressure so he can do his best

Non-Port folk care more about Hinkley and his situation than Port folk.

FWIW even if he wins a flag, I think he'll finish up end of contract - maybe even end of season.
