Townsville are always shonky away from home, one of the last teams I'd bet on in the NBL away from home.

Traditionally Wollongong have owned them and traditionally Wollongong have been hard to beat at home while Townsville have been shockers away from home at times. Not a bet I'd make following the game for many years.

OH crap, I just saw the score, bad luck fellas.
If you're going to make any big plunges on the NBL it might be worth to shoot me off a PM beforehand as I know people at just about every club in one capacity or another and have a good understanding of the trends over the last 8 odd years.
I'll be cheering for a late Townsville comabck like they did against the 6ers a few years back, it'd be better for the 6ers if the Crocks got up too.

Amazing how there is always a smartarse that loves bashing somone who is happy to put their reputation/butt on the line BEFORE THE EVENT...

Look at the facts I put up before the game and tell me it wasnt the right bet??? Im confident I got the bet right, as with a lot of sport Crocs just didnt come to play and played liked frontrunners (maybe I discounted the motivation factor on this one, thats maybe my only fault here)

Apologies to anyone who made their own decision to follow me here, but if you followed me over the past 2 days your way ahead, not to mention the past 6 months...

Persistence and patience, sports betting is a marathon, not a sprint

Dude dont get angry, I was hoping they'd get up for you but the Hawks have traditionally owned the Crocs especially at the Sandpit, just trying to help you out for next time in case you were looking at a similar bet. FFS if you think Im being a smartarse bashing you then I'd suggest you don't go to a footy game as you'll be crying by quarter time.
Just offereing my knowledge for any future big bets in the NBL as I might save you $$ from making a similar bet.
If I looked at just the facts you presented then you're right it was the right bet but if I looked at the whole array of facts available then there's no way such as traditional results, the Hawks being pumped up after losing to the Pigs, Newley having a let down after playing in front of NBA scouts, Hawks playing for a finals spot, having Cortez Groves, etc, etc.
I would have picked Townsville too, but just pointing out that you perhaps need to look at not just selective facts especially when the NBL is concerned which has some peculariarities as lot of other leagues/sports don't.
