VETCHECK
------------

MT79 raised an issue on can dogs injuries be detected after the
race in the kennell house.
I asked 3 people today and they all said whilst the dogs are still
warm quite often a minor to meduim injury goes undetected.
The onus was on the trainer the next day to check for any injuries.
Then the trainer has a decision, if the dog is racing 3 times a week
does he scratch it and incur a 14 day injury penalty or does the
trainer let it go around below 100% fitness ?????????????????????
The dogs that race every 7 days have a greater opportunity to recover.
Im sure ROOBURGER is more aligned to these matters.

BREEDERS PLATE
--------------------

Semi finals being run Thursday night, some old fashioned trainers with
the right mentality on how to place young dogs.
They should run these races every month not every year.
Hopefully an old mate breeder Ben Murphy with his Token Prince-Cabernet Angel
breed can have some success

WED BREKKY DOGS
-----------------------

MT79 has not lost in 2007 on the wednesday meetings
HE IS IN FREAKISH FORM and pay to roll up on course
and follow the great man.
I benefitted by CHEATING of him and I won for the first time
in 5 meetings there in 2007.[he tipped me a $286 D/D ]
The great man got the last pick 4 with his MATE Kennell
Foreman for $9 each and it paid $2k = $500 each for a 50c investment.
Hes onn one of the best wining streaks imaginable.
MT79 = Bradman of Brekky Dogs :prayer: :prayer: :prayer: :prayer: :prayer: :prayer:

EARLY MAL
-------------

R3-6 SAXONS BACK will go close in exactas /quinellas/any twos, just needs room early
R8-1 POWER BY WATTS the 2-3-4-5-6 all go quick but most of them will give up if not the
leader 7-8 will be slow out and get trapped wide, I can see POW lobbing 3rd or 4th
and confident it can run a placing
R10-1 KID DAKOTA the rent bet for a WIN and quins and exactas as well.
I expect KD to jump 3rd and WIN or 2nd at very worst.

R3-6 SAXONS BACK ...LOSE
R8-1 POWER BY WATTS our place bet wins paid $5-70 and a lousy $1-50 a place
R10-1 KID DAKOTA the win rent bet wins $1-50

Had a 66.66% strike rate, but about even if bet on all.

5/11 thats not particularly a good strike rate, though i did think there was some value last night with a few e/w selections at good odds, that didnt do anything apart from Mamma Lena
