i believe that the government & the agriculturual society are in talks with each other & the sahrc about going to wayville the plan i believe is that gawler will go (because of a freeway being built) & the idea is that they'll make the track at wayville bigger & race there on saturday nights & race at globe derby on friday & mondays but i do not know what happens to port pirie

3 trainers told me this on saturday night obviously no names

its a good idea, bringing the industry back to the people, not taking it away as they did by moving out to GLOBE DERBY.

now when the governments involved it will usually mean its a fair way off. What time frame if any has been mentioned?

A revamped widened WAYVILLE would be a good move.
Its close to town and new younger punters would attend.
GDP is too far north and too hard by public transport at night.

Could be the single biggest innovation to revive the sport in the last 25 years here in SA. Marketed correctly, and perhaps in conjunction with other sports nearby (eg. Adelaide Lightning), this could be massive. Great work if it happens!

Great initiative by the SAHRC - just what the sport needs.

I bet they get it up and running before the SAJC do anything at Vic Park.
