SHAUN LAFFIN
----------------

An unusual training feat.
Trains at Maslins Beach[where BAYMAN used to frequent in his younger days.]
Travelled to Port Pirie recently with FLY ME HOME and won.
This was Shauns first winner as a dog trainer.

MIGHTY TIGER79
--------------------
Cant remember his password and cant log in
Great dog tipster
But a dope.

LOOCH
--------

A very good friend of mine, a passionate supporter of Greyhound racing.
He went for breeding dogs, an expensive exercise that has cost him tens
of thousands of dollars in the last few years.
Enough was enough and he has offloaded his dogs
COLLIS QUEEN sold to Nathan Rooney[yes he is still around]
BONDI was sold.
PEE WEE STRIKER has been relinquished as well.
PWS is a dog that trials very well, and has a sub 13 finish in its trials and has run 30-10.
PWS does not handle racing in fields and is a frustrating dog.
You guessed it this dog was GIVEN AWAY to trainer Ian Carmicheal and 3rd run for
the new trainer won at AP last monday night.

BLIZZARD JACK
------------------

Ran 2nd last sunday at Gawler and was a tradgedy beaten[again]
Had raced up to the leader [ROO would have been ecstatic] and was fought by the leader!!!!!
BJ sill ran 2nd to DEGREE OF STYLE.
Very good dog trainer Chris Cotton was I believe ready to buy the fighting dog, but will not.

BEST TIMES
-------------

To the person who asked me about the first dog to break 30 seconds at AP
I reckon this :
About 20 years ago a dog called KNOCKLUAN GOLD trained by Blair Cross in the heats
of an Adelaide Cup ran a blistering, unheard of 29-91.
I was there and was stunned.
Later that evening the champion TANGAIRN went around in 29-65 crikeys
I was there I was stunned.

GARY RAWLINGS
-------------------

This was the trainer who was in a car accident last month.
Great news both Gary and his wife Lois are ok.

PREVIEW
-------------

A couple of good trials on dogs running tonight[not tips]
R1-1 NORWOOD TESS a slick 29-90[bettering Knockluan Golds run  ]
R9-7 GLEN ABBEY DOLL I believe ran about 34-6 over the 600m

LATE MAL
----------

R4-2 BALINA BALE
Having 5th run in 14 days
I will break the rules on dogs being overraced as this dog does it as well as any dog Ive seen.
Has early pace and will run a cheeky race.
If leads the [1] TRUE EVIL it would be very hard to beat
PLACE

R10-4 BLIZZARD JACK
As mentioned above a cert beaten at Gawler.
Been fresened and runs on stoutly
PLACE

BR9-3 ANCIENT RHYTHM
Been wanting to tip this Brisbane star and have watched it just keep winning.
Looks a monty in Exotics
QUINELLAS/ANY TWOS/EXACTAS/TRIFECTAS...simply wins or runs a place at worst.

Other races [not tips]

PREMIERS CUP
Dont forget the Premier Mike Rann will be on course for the Premiers Cup race 9
Our pet KID DAKOTA is in but this is a hot field, perhaps a place hope.[not a tip]

ST LEDGER
Race 8-4 ROMEO BRASS is a star and my favoured dog[not a tip]
PS the 2004 winner was '''''''LION HEARTED'''''''
The inaugural winner in 1978 was AUTHERVILLE , I was there.[A great SANFL footy club won the flag that year]

Good luck on the punt

Race 1 No 2 token cabernet
Race 3 No 5 Stellar red
Race 5 No 2 Token excuse
Race 9 number 3 Westend Olivia
Race 11 No 10 Nitrix

I like Token Excuse tonight and he has finally drawn an inside box
