gdp,

r1 main chances 8,10 & for multis 1,2,6,7
r2 2 should lead & win main danger is 1 (good place bet), for multis 4,5,7,8 with next best 10
r3 the winner will come from 6 or 8 i lean to 6 to find the lead & win for the minors 2,4,5 with next best 1
r4 chances 1,4,6,10
r5 numerous chances 1,3,4,5,6,8,9 if i get double figures 6 i'll be on him e/w as i can see the speed being on in this & he'll be running on
r6 4 a good thing from 2 while for multis 1,5,6,7,8,9
r7 numerous hopes 1,2,3,4,7,9,11 i may be on 3 place but as always it depends on the odds
r8 an absolute moral in 2 will lead & win (rated 1/8), for multis 1,3,5,6,8. i think 3 can get behind leader & run 2nd presuming the driver is awake to it
r9 main hopes to 4,7,8,9,10 i like 4 e/w if you can get e/w (i have it at 7/4)
r10 chances 2,3,5,6,7,8 i like 8 e/w i can not see it missing a place

suggested bet(s)
allup
r1 no 10 place
r2 no 1 place
r6 no 4 win
r8 no 2 win

if your looking just to make a 'sure profit'
r8 no 2 will win

betfair lay
r2 no 4 too hard from this draw
r10 no 1 will be shorter than it should be

when i got to the trotts last sunday i 'heard' that two prominent harness idenities (trainers) had an heated arguement that ended up in a 'punch up' the previous night (saturday), one of the trainers has been mentioned here before for the same type of thing the other i've met & he comes across as a bit of a know-all

BUTT without giving names out yet, it is over star horse oztreous (if that is how you spell it)

can you work out who ??

answer tomorrow night after the trotts

good luck on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

HARNESS HARP
------------------

DOMENIC VIRGARA
-----------------------

Race 4 at Gawler Friday night was the Virgara Memorial Classic.
This race in honour of a harness racing personality who died in a tragic circumstance.
Ive said hullo to him when he was at the track, was a really nice bloke.

THAT ALTERCATION BETEEN TRAINERS
----------------------------------------------

I did hear about it, but I guess BAYMAN has confirmed what Ive heard.
No BUTTS about it and the MAIN man was involved

GAWLER TROTS
-------------------

Going back to that Virgara Classic
The 2 best horses leading into the race were
[8] WAITPINGA FELLA
[9] MCGINTYS MY GOAT
Both of these fine horses ran unplaced from thier back line draws
Gawler just does not give horses drawn the 2nd line a FAIR chance
Those 2 horses were beaten by the draw.
9 races friday night, 7 winners of the front line.......

LATE MAL
------------

Even fields tonight and not many stand out
AVIDALE R8-2 simply wins after its outstanding win from a wide draw last week.
It will be too short to back paper[$1-30]

R2-1 CELESTIAL PRESENCE [$7]
I think the [2] STANDLEY CHASM should win this as looks the leader.
We might expect CP to be using the sprint lane and a good Place bet .
To throw added weight BAYMAN has tipped it to be placed as well.
PLACE

R6-2 ROCKEM DOLLY[$3-50]
Ran a place behind the malpet ZED last start, thats excellent form in a race like this
Can actually win this from a favourable draw, but will play safe and tip it for a place
PLACE

Good luck

Mal -
the 9 galloped out and it isn't the first time...
the 8 went round like a crab last night.. From my experience, it was 1 of 3 things...
1) It's sore or it broke down
2) It pulled a shoe and didn't race well
3) The hopples were not measured correctly (i'm not suggesting this was done on purpose if this is it)

Gawler is a shit track and being on 15 - 20km from Globe, why bother?? No other state would bother having 2 tracks so close and race on an inferior surface!!

R1 - 7,8,10 on top from 1,3,6 in a tough start to the race
R2 - 2 leads and is suspect @ 2230m.. for that reason... 1 and 2 a good quinella from 4,5,7,9,10
R3 - 8 a great e/w bet and place special from 1,2,4,5,6,7
R4 - 6,8,9 the main hopes in a tough race
R5 - I'm going the other way Bayman.. 1 leads easy from 3 on it's outside.. 1800m - i'm backing the 1 a place
R6 - not a race i'll be betting in.. 4 should win - but will be too short for mine..
R7 - 2,4,6,11 the main hopes and place chances to 7,12
R8 - 2 a special from 1,3,9 for 2nd and field for 3rd
R9 - 10 a special from 4,7,8,9
R10 - 5,6,7,8 the main hopes in a tough race (think 1 will lead)

Suggested Bets
R2 - 1 e/w ($2 win $3 place)
R3 - 8 e/w
R5 - 1 place
R8- 2 win
R9 - 10 win

Betfair Specials
R2 - 7 backrow draw + up in grade.. can place - can't win
R3 - 6 has struggled in SA claimers lately.. led and went 2:07 at Cranbourne last start - form out of race isn't strong, with Justalittlefella running 2nd... Plus Mal can go quicker then that..

yes well i've already spoken to you but read it on the comic relief post, she should be fined 1,000 for a frivolous protest which would make sure she wouldn't waste everyones time in the future
