gdp,

r1 1 on top & should lead from 2,3,4,7
r2 7 almost a good thing (wont miss money) from 1,2,3,5,6
r3 chances 1,6,7,8,9 with 10 a rough hope
r4 8 e/w on top from 1,2,3,7,9
r5 2 likely leader & will go close it is a great e/w bet from 3,6,7,10 with 6 the best of them
r6 chances 2,3,8,9,12
r7 5 trialled well on top e/w from 3,4,7 with 6 a rough place hope
r8 8 on top e/w from 1,3,7,9,10
r9 4 a moral (rated 4/9) from 3,6,7,8
r10 chances are 1,2,3,4,7,9 i like either 2 who'll lead or scd's horse (9) but fitness is her problem scd thinks she'll need a run or two, so may pay to place only it, personally i'll look at the horse & make my own judgement

suggested bet(s)
allup
r2 no 7 place
r5 no 2 place
r9 no 4 win

betfair lay
r2 no 10 as dutchy says they dont win from 10 over 1800 metres
r4 no 5 wont get the lead here so will be in strife

good luck on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

R9-4 RATED 4/9 thats the symetrical best bet of the night

R9-4 PETES ELECT
Having its 1st start drew gate 6, was wide for a fair while and then cruised
to a very very impressive 5.4 metre victory at GDP ON 30/04/07
Drawn better this time, and just wins this race
If we can get close to $2 we should all empty the money boxes and chhhhharge
WIN ******************************************************SPECIAL

R9-4 PETES ELECT [$2-50]
Wouldnt we all love to get set at the $2-50
I rate it about $1-30
BAYMAN at 4/9
Chhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhharge.
I bet 1 win special

OTHER RACES

R4-1 ROYCIE [$34]
lots of speed in the race, but if we got $34 this malpet , is worth a ticket EW

R7-1 BOYSIE
is scratched and might be sore after its Monday loss at long odds on
I knew the run was below par

WA OAKS - cannington -

Postby mighty_tiger_79 » Sat May 12, 2007 5:40 pm

1 - 1 BAYstorm LOOKS well drawn from the red and should be in the finish.

2 - 1 bodacious lee looks a good place bet

3 - 6 spiral magic, is from NSW, it has run BOD times at richmond, is a good beginner, looks leader.

4 - 3 tom kite

5 - the $50,000 OAKS final

box 1,2,3,6 in multi's

6 - 3 golden son (which many of you are hoping to be after mothers day!!!!!) watch the run of bodacious lee and if it runs well then follow up on this for a place.

7 - 2 top streak

8 - 4 should win and the 3 can run money behind it

9 - 1 glen abbey kate E/W special if at around the $10.

10 - 5 im nick good for multi players, should run into a place

12 - 5 and 1

R1 - 1 leads and looks a moral from everything except 3,5
R2 - backmarkers.. 2 and 5 should kick each others head in.. I like 7,9 and maybe 6 and 10...
R3 - 1 leads, 7 on his back - look a great quinella chance from 6,8,9
R4 - 7 e/w special from 2,4,5,8,9
R5 - 2 e/w ( agree it leads with no pressure) from 3,7,8,9
R6 - 2,3,9,12 the hopes (I like the 9 e/w)
R7 - field job in any quaddies.. don't like this race - they can all win... (I like 2 and 7 if I had to be pushed)
R8 - i'll tip a driver I don't usually.. 2 e/w special (leads & Hands up to 3) from 3,7,8,9,10
R9 - 4 should win.. but is up in grade.. might be worth a risk?? other hopes 6,7,8
R10 - can't comment on this race.. i'd be thinking my horse (9) should not miss money, but she is first up and does need the run...

Suggested Bets
R1 - 1 w
R3 - 1 or 7 place (depending on price)
R4 - 7 e/w
R5 - 2 e/w
R6 - 9 e/w
R8 - 2 e/w

Betfair selections
R2 - 2 (this can win - but should be about $4 or $5 - if under $2.50 is a big risk)

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined
