well G, it is almost a case of have horse & you get a licence almost automatically

i've been mentioning this before, the sooner they get a pool of professional drivers, the sooner the industry will go forward & if i were running the show the people you speak of, they could have a b grade licence & drive at nontab meetings & if they dont like it they dont have to have horses, there is some drivers i just refuse to back & if i think their drive will win or go close i stay out, & i'd bet the turnover would skyrocket if punters thought their bets would not get slaughtered

Why do you need a pool of professional drivers.

Just Bar the SPASTICS.

If you have the same drivers in every race you will see half a dozen boaties a night and G might even see some dividends on his shares.

I agree with you robber especially about the A grade licences and the B grade for the bush etc. and then have strict conditions that must be met before you can be upgraded.
PS. The only reason I mentioned P. Biddell was because his race was the one just completed and if all the vegetables were mentioned we would be on here for hours

My advice gentlemen is back good drivers.

Did we see the brickbat drive of the night by Sims on Little Red Riding Hood.
Kicks up in the death seat to hold out Perfect Lignum, they ran 2nd last
and last I reckon in a 6 horse field.
Same race Leah Harvey is 1 out 2 back has the winner King Casey snookered on
fence 3 back on the pegs and takes of to find the death seat which was not available.

Thats trots I guess.
I can see Harveys logic as the leader was getting it easy, but Sims ?

Leah Harvey is pretty close to that list after her display last night =D> =D> =D> =D>

Not the first time Leah has done this at Pirie.. the horses go shit some nights.. and not specifically because of her shit driving - I think sometimes she gives them a week off work or something and they come out and race terrible....

She's a clown and can't drive at the best of times (3 wide or 4 wide queen she is) and when the horses aren't "on song" then it just proves how bad a driver she is... bit like M Smith and B Scaffidi and F Posgate to name a few - here the bell and it sets off in their heads they have to be 3 wide...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

ROBBER, STRUTTER, SCD all are spot on and lends support to my argument about having an A grade squad of say 25 ish and they do all the driving. To get on the list you must pass certain criteria and that doesnt mean simply buying a nag to qualify.
I realise its slightly harder than I've stated but these clowns that drive 6 or so times a year have slipped thru the system.
