SCD
Don't want to be rude But Not sure Wayne would Know!!!
It would be fair call to say you would know field/form much better than wayne!!
Tipping hes not one for watching replays!!!! Turning on VCR maybe a challenge!!!
If you had a preference on the tactics you would like to adopt i'd be telling him those tactics.

still cant work out where the tape goes when you push it in.

May not know where the tape goes, but he knows where the winning post is!!!
He made sure no one was going to attack him early by applying the whip and making his intentions clear....
Wayne's comment tonight was we need to try and lead because that's her best chance = spot on if you ask me....

SCD good to see your horse win but please don't blow wayne trumpet on here!!!
If he said best chance was to try and lead someone must of told him.
Was lucky G's Man Lou Didn't have enough speed to attack!!!
Cos he would if his horse could Go.
Your given the bloke WAY WAY to much credit. Winning on a horse doesn't make you a good form student/driver. Example G Hall Jnr.

and the fact that no other half back put there horse in the race has something to do with it. But congrats to SCD and the camp good luck to ya's u deserve it i seen Gazz collecting after the race!!! SCD you should go and buy 25 photos of that win tonight it was the only time those meatheads have sat up in an 1800 metre race normally D Billinger wouldn't hand up to his mother and would gas the leader but good luck and all i'll eat my words and my losing tickets!!!!!!!

Agree winning doesn't make the good form student / driver.. K Manning is the other one...

BUT a number of guys on here seem to only use this forum to air negative personal opinions only about drivers etc and never provide any tips (YES I KNOW YOU HAVE TIPPED US INTO MANY WINNERS C/MAN)......

I wasn't trying to suggest Wayne knew his opposition, rather that he understood this mare and knew how to drive her to giver her a good chance... Wayne made sure he did what he needed to hold the lead and then had her rolling at the 500m with made sure the 7 was chasing her, rather then sitting up and out-sprinting her... Because that was her best chance... She isn't a horse that can just turn the speed on, she needs to roll into the race and that's why taking a sit was never an option

Gazz was very happy and had a nice little collect.. He should have listened to SCD though... would have got the quin / exacta and tri instead of just backing her a win... (Yes I took 1+7 - 1+7 because I thought it was the main and only danger)

Was there ever going to be pressure???
Apart from THE VEG - who was going to be the death seat horse?? There wasn't one good enough to come around....

D Billinger didn't put any real pressure on on Monday - they went the last 3 quarters in 33 / 32 / 31... I don't think much of the animal and D Billinger obviously doesn't either, because he hands up on it every time (except when in front) and doesn't attack (like he did on Lombo Madorja   ) so it didn't leave much else to do it....
