There is a moral on Saturday night in Race 7.....

That is By My Side to be crossed at the start and to just about not run a place @ $2.20 favourite....

I think Penny Veejay will cross him after 50m and hand straight up to Smoken up....
But big risk to By My Side

Best e/way bet of the night is R3 - 3 Zerrafoss, who will enjoy the good speed put on by full of praise and should be steaming all over the top of them...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

By my side out to $2.40 Far to short in this class despite the draw. Penny Vee Jay to lead all the way for me.
Yes SCD, should still win if hands up to Smokem up but why would it hand up over the mile?

It hands up because its better with one zap at them and doesnt have to put up with The Lip pressuring it.

After unsuccessfully contesting the lead with By my side, Penny Vee Jay Sits 1 x 1 on back of smokem up and BLOWS EM AWAY up the straight in 1.54.0 Track Record Time. :D :D

Has always been a top shelf sit/sprinter and tonight worked at both ends of the race.
Possibly could have been its best ever run. [Mind you if he led, I still think he would've handed up and used that strong finishing sprint along the sprint lane.]
