I was on my way down to have a reasonable sized wager on Dr Dre - expecting $2.80 or $3.00 off the 20m....
When the $2.00 was on offer - I didn't bother having a bet on the race :D :D

Dr Dre must be the Betfair boys favourite horse... 7 seconds and a fourth in his last 8 starts, including a beaten $1.40, $1.90 and $2.00 favourite since mid September....
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

Calabria hasnt got off MAL, hes driving under a "stay of proceedings" because he appealed and therefore can fulfill his engaged drives.
His hearing will be heard later so technically hes not guilty til then, whereas Davo and Rozzy accepted the penalties.

i know G has answered you, but your first line says he APPEALED
your 2nd line asks how did he get off, surely if you appeal you can still drive until the appeal is heard ?

ADVERTISER 19/12/07
BEN MOORE ARTICLE PAGE 48

Young driver Tony Calabria had a busy weeknd in the stewards room.
Calabria was suspended for 21 days at Gawler on Friday night,
then on 2 seperate occasions for 14 days on Saturday night.
Calabria will be available to drive this weekend after appealing yesterday

I asked " how did he get off "
As in he has pinged for 3 different incidents and how did he get off to drive this weekend
I understand the appeal process but surely the stewards cant be wrong 3 times ???

Yes he got pinged 3 times and in our marvellous democratic society, he is entitled to appeal all 3 offences.
Not guilty until proven otherwise, so can keep driving in the meantime.
