this is a tricky meeting overall & i'd hope one of doug thomas' wins after the week he's had

gdp,
r1 4,5,9,10 if 4 crosses it should win, 9, trialling well 10, harder from draw still a chance 5, wont get the tough run he had at pirie so is a chance will probably death seat
r2 i like 1 e/w,& 4, other hopes 2,5,6
r3 hard race i'll be on the value main chances 2,3,8,9 with rough hopes 1,5,6 i like 9 e/w 8 is trialling well
r4 7 is an e/w special get on the otrher hopes 1,4,5
r5 numerous chances i think 9 e/w while obviously 8 is the danger along with 2,3 while 1,7,10 could run into multis
r6 i think the trifecta looks easy 2,5/2,5/1,6 for plenty & as a saver have 2,5/1,2,5,6/1,2,5,6
r7 10 will be short & if trotts will win, while 1,8 appear best of the rest
r8 1,2,7 one of these will win probably run the trifecta hopefully a doug thomas horse will win (2,7)
r9 with what we know 3 on top from 1,2,5 but watch 8 in good stable & wouldn't suprise me if it won
r10 8,9,10 are the main hopes maybe doug could get the winner here with either 8,9 9 is first up for 2years but has loads of talent waytch market closely would be short if right

good luck on the punt & go the tigers

yes well & truly i had $ 250.00 @ the points glenelg so curly gave me my money back with interest !!!!!!!!!! but thats why its best to be on course the tab wont/cant make a mistake like that & while the bookies use computers the prices are put in manually so there is always the chance of human error !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so boys go to the track & the talent out there is worth looking at as well

Mal, good work!

I **** up my ticket at the TAB Friday. I had one for Crows over 120, Dons under 61 - I had the ticket for $50 bet and woul dhave collected $500!

But I tried to get some of that last night - had $50 on Pies under 39.5 and Freo under 39.5 - $253 win.

Almost got the margins - Pies scored 3 points too much - Brisbane was fine though.

Cash everywhere boys...the stable is doing well again.

Only bookie error ive taken advantage of is once Centrebet put up $5-00 for both lines in a Basketball game (should have both been $1-90) I jumped on the one I favoured and quickly tried to reload my account from Credit Card....by the time I did that and got back to put the other line on they had noticed their error...ended up my favoured line got up anyway and I got massive overs!!!

Just a query... was the $100 e/w what you would've had at 4/1? Or would it have been a smaller or larger e/w bet (at 4's instead of 10's)?

at 4/1 it would've been 250 e/w & thats the most i would've put on, as thats what i had in my pocket but i knew i'd get knocked back (to the limit) if i wanted more on so i just went a 100 e/w mind you i didn't think it was over the line but when it found the front it was a good thing from then on

So you were always backing the horse to win a gorilla? & there error made it so that you outlaid less for the same result?
When I was younger, I'd thump an even money shot, but if i like the same dog in the same field & it was 4's, then I'd cut my wager- poor punting on my part, but I was a good judge/inexperienced punter.

no i wasn't going to back it at all i was going to back the 2nd horse e/w but when a horse is evens (i had it 6/4) & you see a mistake you have to have a go at it, not that they always win when you back these 'big overs'
