JUST A quick guide for any of those wanting to make wages before lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 - not the best animals running here, but i think that 7 is the best of them and then the 9 if it gets a start. 1,2,5 are the other chances. any of them can win.

2 - this is one for MAL 7 is having its 5th start in 16 days. 1 is a quick beginner from the good draw. If the 5 can get a clear run from the middle draw it can figure in the finish

3 - interesting race here. the 7 should be leading this field but will struggle to win and in fact i think may miss money, it will give you a good sight though, should lead them into the straight. 8 can begin ok and should get a nice cart across outside the 7. 4,6 are good chances for the placings ahead of the 3 who can run 3rd at best.

4 - 1 looks the winner but the 2 is having its first race start here, it had a qualy at strath and went ok, its vic country form isnt anything sensational. i think the 5 is a good place chance.

5 - 1 has a very good record and is first up from sydney where it has been racing at the Gardens and Maitland in its last four, been in the market. 8 can lead but i think is nicely boxed out wide to fill the placing.

6 - TREBLE TIME - tough the 3 has been racing at Broken Hill with ok times and been starting odds on (2nd fav probly). the 4 is first up from VIC and has to be respected as its last start was in a FFA at wangaratta. been long odds and beaten a long way though. i think that the 5 ahead of 8 but keep an eye on the market in relation to the 3 and 4.

7 - 8 is pacey but weak. the 7 looks a good solid selection here as its last start was a 2nd to Classic Concept which won at Gawler 13/6/06. 1 will be improved on its first start at the track last weak and well boxed to be competitive. Im assuming the 3 will be scratched as it run 2nd to Classic Concept in the race at Gawler 13/6/06.

8 - another dog having first race start with 1 qually at strath which was in ok time. i think the 5 ahead of the 4 then the 8. the 2 good be good value and worth throwing in from a good draw.

What an atrocious meeting as i will explain.

RACE1...suggest eat breakfast 123578 ALL CHANCES
RACE2...suggest cup of coffee and look for DISSIDENT in the crowd
RACE3...[7] FLYAK leads but weak [2] STORM PRINCESS has
had no luck last 2 starts and has ew claims
RACE4...[1] BLACKSMITH is clearly the best dog but must have been injured
last run as had 26 days off...having first daytime start as well [8] KICKAWAY
CON is due for a win....tricky race
RACE5...[1] OUTFOXED is having its first run from NSW s many classes above
these but is first up since april....864 best of rest....trust the red ?...
RACE6...[3] CATSHA ROSE[4]DR.MEDHURST both first up from NSW + VIC
great excuse to have a beer and watch the race.
RACE7...[3] ICELAND POPPY ran a sensational second to CLASSIC CONCEPT
and ran a personal time of the slick 31-07 there is only one problem the dog
ran on tuesday 13/6 the day before...should be scratched...tough race no bet.
RACE8...ALL CAN WIN.

The meeting is a poor one
There is 6 interstate rejects running with no form lines to be found.

RACE 7 epitimises the state of local greyhounds in the most farcical of
all circumstances
[2] LIBBY LEE ran 7th at Gawler today and logic suggests it will be scratched
but you never know at Cowboy Park these days.
[3] ICELAND POPPY also ran today and ran a gallant 2nd to CLASSIC CONCEPT
logic suggests scratch this dog as it is a good dog.
This is lamentable and a joke to the industry.

Also we have dogs having thier 5th run in 2 weeks going around.
You dont have to be einstein or MIGHTY TIGER to know that running dogs this
often will not allow the dog to be at its peak.

27 of the 64 dogs had thier last start four or less days ago.

Can MIGHTY TIGER please explain how the maiden and graduation races
have the total of $550 in prizemoney whilst the grade 4/5 and grade 5s are
running for $400 ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The preview was a waste of time most of those dogs were scratched
Our place bet had no luck ran 4th
The late mal provided a winner
Bad meeting to bet on.

Race 7 with the 2 dogs who ran yesterday was eventually
a 6 dog field after 4 scratchings.
The 2 dogs who ran yesterday both got scratched
the other 2 dogs raced on 10/6 with 4 day breaks.

We may have to abandon Cowboy Park soon.

well as MAL suggested doing the early homework was a waste of time in some races.

the round up is

1 - 7 ran second

2 - bad race with tips
3 - 8 was the winnner and 4 was placed.
4 - the 1 was going to win but was scratched.
5 - 1 - the good thing led and won in good time
6 - 5 won beating 8 good result they were my two favs.
7 - 1 beat 7
8 - again my 2 favs ran 1st and 2nd in that order, unfortunately didnt have 6 for third in the first 4 and neither did anyone else as the pool of $530 odd jackpotted!!!!!!!!!!!!
