PORT PIRIE SAPLING STAKES

THIS event was run a few weeks back on a friday night, the series was advertised as a heat then final.

they received only 8 nominations and then changed it to a PRELUDE

All the trainers spent their full money etc getting up to Pt Pirie

They ran the heat and of course all runners qualified.

The night the final was to be run there was a scratching, down to 7 runners but wait theres more

BY SOME SORT OF MIRACLE

S. Collins who had not even nominated a dog for the event managed to get a dog who was an ex-victorian (what a surprise) who had a bendigo qualy and a race start at strath over 300m
in its form a start in the final. The dog ran second in the final and they got $500 prizemoney.

now the question i ask is if you scratch your dog after they change there minds, like in this situation do the trainers still get penalised????????????

$3-20 for an orange juice angel pk.
$2 at kulpara
beers $2-50 at kulpara

now at the races you pay your $9 entry fee but you get it back with food and bev vouchers.

what are they doing at Angle Park, just keep raising the prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now they must be busy in the office as the 3 STOOOGES were at it again today, from about 10:30am till the end of the meeting just sitting around and sipping in latte's, not a worry in the world, and then theres the operations manager who must have been flat out (with that run around the block) he must have been out of the office for 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO WONDER NOTHING HAPPENS

Well named the SAPling stakes....Saps running the industry.
MT79 if you story is correct no wonder most trainers in this
state are disappointed.

South Adelaide made a change on the weekend with the
Carlunga fantasy etc...it worked nearly 4 thousand turned up.
The SAJC are give out lunch vouchers last 2 weeks
but I have had no FEEDBACK if that was a success or not.
Moral of the story is SA and the SAJC are being innovative
and are not lying down.
As for the dog admin. the only things they try is to put up
admissions, food and beverages.[sorry that is not working]
Meanwhile the Dutchy's, the bayman's, the mt79's and the mal's
the punk rooster's of the world stay home and bet onthier tab accounts.
