2 runners head to head betting

I had $500 on Our Smoking Joe ($1.85) to beat home Mandela in the Queen Elizabeth stakes H2H Sportsbet yesterday and I looked a certain collect when Mandela looked gone and had dropped out to near last at the 300. OSJ was still searching for inside runs and although not being able to completrely find one was still doing enough to stay a length or so in front of Mandela who was labouring..... D Dunn rider of OSJ after getting a little prat at the 100 (very minor) then relizes he cant win or place so he stops riding and sits up letting another 3 or 4 runners pass.... including Mandela right on the ******* line!!!! This was a disgrace and I am pissed of that he didnt ride his mount out as if he did he would have beat home Mandela!!!! (OSJ finished 10th of 11 and Mandela finished 9th of 11). I hope DD gets time for that but theres nothing in the stewards report....!!!

Any thoughts???
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

it happens all the time GRUB, i mean you should know that

Yes DD should get time, he wont because if you rubbed out all the jockeys that didnt ride their mount to the line there wouldnt be many if any left.

I look at form (4th Mackinnon).... softish track , drawn the pole, inside of track the place to be....

not how old a horse is..... if both horses had have had the same luck he would have beat Mandela by 3-4 lengths.....

I may have lost but this was not a bad bet.....
