There were horses that were just entered in races to make up numbers so races would stand-up.... some had come straight from the paddock and were beaten 30 lengths (they had no chance of winning)......... I loaded up my betfair account and laid them at $25 as I knew they could not win under any circumstances so in essence it was FREE money!!!!! .... some mug punters took the $25  ......... made plenty on betfair.

Stay tuned .... my biggest ever horse bet is coming at the next meet!!!!

Sounds good grub. After the money you've won for me in the past couple of weeks, I'm keen to follow!!

My brother was on Fighting Fury at Lincoln on Friday - got it for $20.10 using City Best with the sponsor....

Mr Willy it paid big overs.... the first leg was Sea Factor my best bet of the day at $2..($2.70 TAB).... next leg there were only 4 winning chances in a six horse race - winner was 6-1 paid $10 TAB..... then fighting fury which was 8-1 on course (paid big overs the tote).... last leg was skipjack which was one of 3 I had in there, 6-1 on course (paid $9.30 TAB).

It hurt, fighting fury has been a very costly horse over the duration and I had no choice but to leave it out!!!

grub, if you had followed the furys form you should have noticed he goes well after a break. he had afreshen up , was back in distance and down in weight , and an overdue change in jockey , cop a tip , hes a fresh horse ,has won 1st up at naracoorte over 1400 paying 12s, 1st up at lincoln over 1250 paying $17 and again last friday paying $13. Yoshi cost me the quadie , thought i had the winner with gormley sea, but the punting gods got me again.

I dont rate Tilly Neve watcher..... she is very average.... Look at skipjack she rode it shocking in the previous meeting comes out with Carney (zawitkowski) on board and wins at $9 which I gladly took.... I did make note of the weight drop but thought Amen Sea which ended up 0.5 kg ovweer the minumum after the claim would WIN.... but we had to take into account that Claudia Lions was on board
The end of that race looked shocking with Teve and Lions riding there mounts out.... both have a lot to learn......
Fighting Fury is to inconsistant for mine..... but I agree it has bobbed up enough times now to consider throwing it in on all occasions.

Sadly anyone who has a bit to do with PL racing, have all been burnt by FF over the past couple of seasons. Agree there were a number of factors in his favor, but we are damaged good.
