The main reason ive had so many and different combinations is that im doing the boxed multi scenario that centrebet offer.

WWT win this is *****
WWT PTS -12.5 ***
WWT 40+ **
Syd win **
Syd 1 - 39pts **
CENTRALS FLAG *******************

basically ive backed the above individually and in doubles, trebles etc.

thornton had to fill out some manually as they werent in the computer, but ran out of tickets so i had to take a couple with Curly.

the one bet i didnt get on was
WWT 40+
Syd 1 - 39
centrals flag

i took backwell, kenna, o'sullivan to win the magarey into sydney/centrals premiership

LOL....good luck...go the bloods!!!!

Folks, the $1.60 on WWT is still great value really. No doubting North's heart, but the injuries will catch up with them: $25 to win $40

Amazing that Sydney has been discounted by so many pundits outside this forum! I Like them at $2.00, $20 to win $40. Also a $5er on the following Norm Smith Medal - Amon Buchanan ($35 to win $175), Daniel Kerr ($6 to win $30), Ashley Hansen ($35 to win $175) and the roughie of all, Darren "Dad" Jolly ($101 to win $505).

To make the round $80 - take $5 a win and $10 a place on Randwick Race 5, no. 5 October Son at the $17 on offer overnight. Fantastic second up record, and well worth a look.

Good luck folks!

MT79- I lost on the Swans too, however, it doesn't make us bad punters.
They went down by 1 point.
If they had gone done by 68 pts, then we could question our assesment of the game.
We took black odds about a toss of the coin bet- we dared to not bet like sheep & back the Weagles because they were favourites.
I've had some good losing bets- bets where morally I was right, but failed to collect (1/2 time- Coll @ $3 v Adelaide Aug 2006, Pies lost the game, Crows didn't win it)
It is a marathon, not a sprint.

PUNK

very true about being a marathon and not a sprint but the race is fast coming to a close!!!!!

sydney were probably a good bet but they failed to make the most of the chances they had in front of goal.

so the question remains am i a bad punter or is it the teams im picking not playing to form?

answer I CANT PUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, the answer is- Your not going to win every bet you have!
Although there wasn't much in it, I felt the sides should've been $1.92 each- Swans were (small) overs at 2.10-2.20, & if you always bet with value/odds in your favour, you'll show a profit over time, whereas if you didn't, you will be guaranteed to show a loss.
I won't be chasing any of my money this weekend, however I am well in front at the moment.

Swans in the end were unlucky not to win or at least get the draw...thats punting MT79, could have easily gone the swans way with a lucky kick or bounce in the last few minutes

Were you guys watching the same game I did?
The Swans were lucky to be as close as they were.
West Coast were at least a 5 goal better side today (and I hate West Coast and was barracking for the Swannies).

I thought they should have gone past WCE in the last quarter - having said that WCE should have booted away in the 2nd 1/4, I thought Swans made the most mistakes and that cost them in the end

EAGLES will never win a premiership when all they are worried about is saving games like they did today!
