gawler friday the 13th !!!!!!!!!

Postby bayman » Thu Oct 12, 2006 11:33 pm

gawler friday the 13th    ,

well first off remember this is a leaders track ,

r1 too many first starters 1,2,3 & i dont know them watch betting, the 6 trials well but is suspect in races, so if the newcomers are ordinary the 9 will win, i'd suggest 9 a place certainty if your happy to take about 1.40 a place
r2 tough race i've come up with 5 on top as i think it'll find the lead other hopes are 1,2,4,6,7 for dutchy the 9 is an uhreliable trotter lay it on betfair if you can
r3 chances 1,2,7 with next best 8
r4 chances 1,2,7 with multi hopes to 4,5,8 with the top pick 1 as it'll lead while another one for dutchy to lay is 9
r5 1 almost a good thing from 2 with 4,6,7,8 all place hopes, now when i say almost is i dont know the speed of 2 at the start i know it led from 1 on the 19/9/2006 but can it cross from 2 ? if it cant the 1 will win if it does cross one of the two will win i'm taking the punt that1 will hold the lead
r6 what a shocking race infact the name of the race says it all     i'd suggest do not bet i dont know 5 (first start) so watch market other than that i'd say the winner would come from the back row 7,8,9,10 but that goes against backing on pace runners so stay out
r7 chances in the trott 1,2,4,7,8 while for dutchy lay the 9 it can not possibly make up that much ground at gawler

suggested bets
allup,

r1 no 9 place
r4 no 1 win
r5 no 1 win

dutchy's betfair lays are,
r2 no9 unreliable trotter in a pacers race
r4 no 9 will get too far back & it couldn't make ground at gawler in a 5 horse field how is it going to get past these ? simply it wont
r7 no9 it can not make up this distance at gawler against these

good luck to all on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Ordinary Track for Ordinary Horses

Postby SCD » Fri Oct 13, 2006 11:33 am

Not sure why they want to go back to this place, but here are my selections

R1 - 1st starters make it hard, so go with 7 and 9 as the ones to beat, but 2 is in a good stable and hard to beat if it has ability
R2 - The mobine conditions suit the trotter Bayman, so does the rest of the field, they are ants... in saying that NTINI should win easily..
R3 - 1,2,7,8 run the trifecta - like the 2 to lead and be very hard to beat...
R4 - 1,2,6,7 - think the 1 will lead also, but the 7 can and should beat this weak animal on the sprint lane
R5 - 1 leads and is hard to beat, with 2,3,7 to fill the placings with the 1.... (went good Monday)
R6 - Horses like numbers 1,2,4 don't belong at a racetrack, so leaves very few chances, 8,9,10 can win and 6 to improve 1st up for a new stable and even 7 has a place chance in that race
R7 - Bayman - the 1 will gallop away... can of coke on the line Saturday night if Radiant Storm trots at the start - are you on?? Think the 2,4,7 and 9 (if it starts quickly - the class can show thorugh!) are the ones here.. 8 doesn't chase very well, but if quick away and can lob a handy spot - it can be competitive Can't beleive you rate the 6, it's in the same class as La Charm - doesn't deserve to be at the track...

Good luck on the punt!

New gambler on the block but Another Grub (the messiah) knows me and will verify my punting habits which started many years ago both at Cheltenham race course and Mangle Park. I read daily the tips that you post on here. Good luck tonight on the punt at Gawler and I agree totally with a few of your comments made on tonights racing especially in relation to Race 4 and 5.
A couple that I will be backing tonight are AT Race 4 4 NEITZ and AT race 6 PHOENIX FLIGHT with David Harding aboard.

Thanks for that, AG tried to get me to back chickaloo too to shorten the odds abit!

I'm a regular punter on the friday and saturday night trots and thursday night dogs after cricket training but I don't get to see many of the sat race meeting due to playing cricket over here and we don't even get coverage on the radio at one ground which is poor. Exciting time the spring carnival and I will be sticking with Glen Boss again. The Adelaide horses making the trip to melbourne are always worth watching and vice versa.

Look forward to making a positive contribution to this web site.

Come in spinner.. first 100m - he he trots away - can will be presented after Race 2 or 3 (depending on how my horse goes tomorrow night)

MT - Don't touch those filthy night gallops.. a few weeks ago, got robbed by 2 ordinary protests being upheld, I think the stewards knew I'd backed both winners...

Puma - welcome to the fun.. Bayman and I don't tollerate ordinary horses very well, so we have a bit of fun on here - look forward to your contributions!
