port pirie,

r1 well after a hard run monday this draw looks ideal for the 1 & it should win for multis 2,3 with next best 4,8
r2 another good thing 7 for multis 1,8,9 with rough place hopes 4,6
r3 in a tricky race i've gone 1,4 on top with multis 2,5 with next best 6
r4 very tough race i've got 8,9 on top from 2,3,4 with a rough hope to 10 (although she could/will get lost on it)
r5 with no confidence i've got 1,7 on top from 3,6,8 but stay out
r6 well clear top pick is 6 my only doubt is the aniMAL ! might be a non winner but is clearly the best horse in the race apart from the ? on the first starter 2 other than that the logical exacta chance is 5

suggested bet(s)
all-up
r1 no 1 win
r2 no 7 win
r6 no 6 win

dutchy's betfair lays of the day !!

r4 no 10 (not the worst in this but has the worst driver on it including the drivers on 1,2, & she'll need to be patient to win & she doesn't have the poise to be patient)

good luck on the punt

Only 6 races and 44 runners after scratchings.
And when Peter Thompson leaves in Febuary to go to Melbourne ??
This meeting just scraped in as the club must field a minumum of
6 races for the meeting to proceed, it nearly went to GDP ??

LATE MAL
----------

Hard meeting, I will guess

r2-7 VINTAGE KHAN in quinellas
r3 quinella 4+5

Good night to relax.

ag, i was in front by over 500 so why would i give them a chance to get it back ? when i didn't think there was any good bets (single or multi) left

ps they got some of it back tonight (sat) mighty maurie killed me i jumped on at evens as soon as he opened, the drive was a treat the horse just not good enough, maybe horsham to adelaide to ballarat then back here to adelaide has taken its toll on him but other than that it had NO EXCUSES
