G day guys im actually a runner and will be competing down there on sunday and monday in the 800 and 1600

For the main race Ive nailed it down to 10 runners

Ryan Hancock ran 3rd last year hasn't showed much form but may have gotten under the handicappers guard

Mark Ormrod- Olympic Silver Medalist

Todd Batman fastest SA 100m runner

Ryan Rossow training partner for both mark and Todd

John Jakemen goes forward half a meter

Dale Woodhams- Paul Young runner who was fav at stawell last year

Alex Saliu- 2nd in the Mount Gambier gift in fine form

Russel Scott- Show little form beach sprinter will surprise

Ben Koschade Camden Classic winner capable if right, injure only concern

Robbie James- In form but will need to run through the line unlike last year

Come down for a look, Terry McAuliffe will be calling the races will be a great day
