trotting rumour doing the rounds

Postby bayman » Wed Dec 23, 2009 6:00 pm

chris 'the colgate kid' gleeson applied for a renewal of licence 2 or 3 years ago has or is about to apply again  for those that can't remember he got 'life' for cutting a hopple thus ensuing his horse 'coloresque' (from memory) couldn't win as a very very short priced favourite....of course his sister was mals pinup girl at the time ;)

can some of the gurus like centreman, mal etc explain to me please that if you get life why would you apply for a licence even if it was 10-15 years ago or is it the same as a prisoner & you get 'paroled' ? :? :?
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Sorry Bayman, I dont follow Victorian trots
Excuse my ignorance, Ive heard his name, but know little about him
So this guru cant help you
The only Gleesons I recall are
Jackie Gleeson the chubby TV fuunyman
John Gleeson the mystery spinner that played for AU in tests the 60s

Actually Bayman the aim was to stop it running in the fisrt SIX all the money was won on the Superfecta(1st 6 in order). Brilliant plan successfully achieved. Only problem was when his best mate and part-time BRAIN SURGEON put the bets on at the local that they were regulars at when not on track !!!! The sport is better of without the dumb bastards

PS: Centreman i thought you were very tough on Mal who not only tips winner after winner on this forum but i believe has recently has just recently opened his own agency (BirdBet) Judging by the string of losing bets i overheard being placed on Tues evening CamelBET and others better watch out.
