VICTOR HARBOUR CUP MEETING SHAFTED

In another typical BEND OVER SA HERE IT COMES SITUATION !!! The VHBR Cup meeting this Sunday will not have TAB & SKY coverage as previously advertised. Sky informed HRSA of this when the call to confirm timeslots was placed this morning . HRSA were advised that due to On-Course hosting for the TAMWORTH meeting that VHBR is not listed for coverage.

Should still be good meeting as both HRSA & VHHRC are honoring their stakemoney inputs so there will be VHBR Cup 8K Trotters Cup 5K 3yo Guineas 3K plus support races so if you have any interest in Harness Racing would be an excellent chance to get down there, Temp is to be mid 20s 1st Race will 4pm TAB & SKY facilities available for interstate meetings incl Ouyen Cup @ Mildura .BBQ & STRAWBERRY VAN are a HIGHLIGHT.

that is a shame as it is a good day out & the tab facilities on the local program is a major benefit.....i wonder for the future whether victor would consider (if they could get tab/sky) running on boxing day/proclamation day & australia day in the twilight zone....or from left field as a 'breakfast' meeting & those that go could spend time sightseeing around victor in the afternoon.....i just hope dennis wells is there this week with his place betting :D

why can't it still be a tab meeting ? it can't be because there is no sky coverage because the strathalbyn dogs aren't on sky & they get a fair amount of tab meetings :? :?

should be getting rid of the MT Gambier meeting on friday, what a trash view we get of that on SKY.. didnt even watch a race last week!!!

Least Victor is a nice open spaced track and can still win from top of straight compared to Mt Gambier where you gotta be in front 500m out to have any winning chance
