i THOUGHT you would do a fair bit of trading through BETFAIR on the GOLF. I got an e-mail that they send out to account holders about when i think OGILVY won in the US, he was 200/1 on the 17th tee and i think he was 2 shots behind with 2 players in front of him. You probably have already read that.

I was just amazed that you could get such big odds when in GOLF anything can happen!!!!!!!

thats why I love Golf punting, 3-4 shots is nothing in golf, yet the odds makers generally have guys 3-4 off the lead at HUGE odds

Yeah MT79, thats where Ive put most my golf bets on, great to watch the fluctuations...many people trade (ala share market) their positions to make profits.

For the records Ive layed off and g'teed a profit as follows -

Rose $850-
Chalmers $900-
Field $100-

Thats after my outlay...also put a bet on Ohern to finish Top 5 at $5.50 last night.

I did reduce the collect to $750 as I shat myself when Pike drew equal with a few holes to go so layed off another $100- on the Field
