SHARES IN PUP FOR SALE!

Postby HERCULES » Sun Dec 09, 2007 9:51 am

We are offering for sale shares in a 11 and a 1/2 month old pup.

MUSTANG ZAPPER x THURLEY
(spiral nikita x tinys bud) (awesome assassin x hotshow sarah)

D.O.B 17th Dec 2006

http://www.greyhound-data.com/dbtestmat ... mid=953813

There are 20 shares in total. 11 SOLD now only 9 shares left
$100 per 5% share. Thats correct only $100.00 per 5% share!
We are only covering cost of purchasing the pup, vaccinations, transfer of ownership etc. Plus transport from NSW to SA where he will finish being reared and be broken in and trained.
He will be trained by me on a 50/50 deal so no more to pay.
I am also finishing off his rearing and will be breaking him in myself as i have done with my current 2 dogs.
I must add that Brad (TEAM-BUNDY) Gully is not syndicating this pup as i am doing that, but I have asked Brad to MANAGE the syndicate for me as he is the professional in that regard.

Put me in for a share Herc.
Just for the record Herc is a rookie, and I have been impressed with him for many years.
He once almost single handedly saved the Woodville Districts Cricket club from expulsion.
Herc is a talented sportsman
He also has an astute knowledge of greyhounds and has been educated by the right people.
Herc bubbles with enthusiam and is a well presented person.
$100 is a very sMALl investment.

THANKS MAL!
This syndicate was formed as i recently lost a life long friend to Cancer and in the last couple of weeks before she passed away i promised her that i would find a pup and train it and have each of her children share in all the fun of part owning a greyhound. This is why i have made the cost per share a very low $100 per 5% share that way all the kids could afford a share each. All i am doing is covering the cost of the pup as well as transport, immunizations, etc. I am not making any profit out of this at all.
With Mal taking a share that is now 12 sold and 8 still available!
THANKS AGAIN
GEOFF!

Thats a story about your friend passing away Herc.
The beauty of syndication is you meet the kids of your unfortunate friend
and you also meet others involved.
Personally I never go into syndication for profit/loss I go in for the social aspect
I also get a photo of the horse/dog winning its first maiden race or first win.

There was a innovative guy who ran a syndication the ALLCODES sydicate about
a decade ago
They had about 250 members who paid about$200 a year to own a racehorse/pacer/dog
I was involved and loved catching up to the other syndicate members
Some of the runners we had
dogs :ALLCODES/DEMANDEN BALE
horse:SOAR
pacer:BRETT STEPHEN

Yes he has really excelled as the tactical advisor for the stable. The circle the field to the head of the one out line plan last night worked very well.

Just to let you know a couple of details regarding the pup.

KENNEL NAME IS : BUNDY (named after late friends fave drink and not after BUNDYBRAD) LOL

Suggested race names: With the breeding being MUSTANG ZAPPER x THURLEY and our late friends fave car being a MUSTANG we tried for MUSTANG SANDY but cant have it due to MUSTANG being a paid prefixed name. So we have thrown around the idea of using something like SANDY'S SHELBY or SHELBY SANDY as obviously SANDY is her name and SHELBY being a type of MUSTANG!
Sandy's children are not to fussed when it comes to the race name but as promised they do all want her name in it somewhere and to have some significance when it comes to what she liked etc.

Just to clear things up with an issue regarding a clause in the contract.

Brad has this clause stipulated in every one of his syndicates.

Its solely to do with the pups and pre-break in dogs Brad has syndicated in the past and is in there solely for legal reasons.

Has no bearing on this pup or syndicate but basically all it means is that the pup will be trained and placed where best suited and with the syndicates’ thoughts taken into consideration? I don’t know why it has the 3yo limit but obviously it will be for the full racing term of the dog’s life.

The pup will be owned by the syndicate for the term of its natural life!
If there is anything else i can help out with or explain feel free to contact me!

HERCULES wrote:I don’t know why it has the 3yo limit

Let me see if I can explain this Geoff...

If the dog ends up hurt, slow, marrs or something, I can reconsider its future after 3yo and have the right to inform the syndicate to giveaway or sell or..... anyway, syndicate members usually dont understand the words 'no good' rather 'lets try something else' and then once asked for finacial help, they crack the poos... this just covers my butt and a standard clause in a few syndicate companies contracts.

Im not trying to be harsh or rude whatsoever, just moreso honest. Team Bundy pups Minstral and Bluey combined saw $3765 of my own money spent to try and get the dogs to the track and then no one would give me a cent and complained when I asked. Just an example to why that clause is in the contract.

With this syndicate and this syndicate only, Geoff calls the shots on the dog, all I do is handle prize money and legal stuff like syndicate registration.

Please feel free at anytime to email me brad@team-bundy.com if you have questions regarding prize money, licenses, and the contract... Once full and all contracts received and payments are confirmed by Geoff, I will make a subsection on the Team Bundy Forums where updates will be added and also nomination advice.

Have a good one
