There might be a considerable push to have 390m races at Gawler in the near future
There was a consultation process where opinions were expressed by industry participants and followers
Ive been told more people were against the 390m races from a core of people in the Gawler area
GRSA I think have perhaps made up thier minds to have the short races irrespective of opinions ???

Lunchtime distance race @ Bendigo today for fans of stayers.

Race 8 - I like the 4 (Buddy Bandit) and the 5 (Evil Eye Jye). Buddy Bandit second to Bill's Hope and Amber's Ace in recent races at Angle Park, can swoop home for a win. Would like to include the 7 (Hay Affair), but ran the 700m on Friday, could fade late? Also keeping an eye on the 3 and 8.

EDIT: Have boxed up 4,5,8 for the exacta.

going on those results you've posted MY79, loooks like my balance should be a bit healthier today! i watched the first one come in, and thought, "MT knows best!", then went off to bed!

but i cant log on to my TAB account, which is pretty normal for this time of the morning for me! does anyone why i usually wouldnt be able to log in before i head off to work in the morning? depending on where i'm working, i could be attempting to log on anywhere between 6:00 and 8:00am, and comes up with this message......

Almost had 3 bets worked out
R1-8 BLOSSOM STAR but no third divdend
R2-7 LIBERTY MAN but no third dividend
R7-1 SLEDGE but Murray has a interstate form dog in the race so no bet

If I was a Trifecta or P4 player i would link all 3 to be bankers
BLOSSOM STAR + SLEDGE can win
LIBERTY MAN prob can run about 3rd or 4th but is not fancied to win

2 - 5 - 4 race starts for 4 seconds - - 3-6-2 -the 7 comes out of a breeding that usually go fast early
3 - 8-7-6-1
4 - 4-1-5-3 - the 2 is likely to start an odds on fav, it did win well last start at gawler, but drew box 8 and it stayed wide most of the trip, im prepared to risk it here, but saying that watch it LAW and win by 10
5 - 6-7-8-1 - interesting race -
6 - 7-5-1-8
7 - 3-(4-5 - both got done for FTP recently)-8
8 - its $11 in the paper and on its last start at GAWLER it would win this - the 2 PAPER PENNY - needs to lead in its races to have a chance, its not overly keen on running on through the field.
the 1 is a slowish out but can run on into a place from the draw, likely to get a clean run
3 - has been beginning well over the longer trip, didnt go overly bad at strath last start over the 536m, but cant see it leading the 2
4 - fair beginner
5 - been following this, ex vic dog, finished 5th last start but just on heels of the placegetters, 3rd start in SA and 3 times drawn box 5, prefer to wait until it shows something, hasnt been jumping overly quick and been finding trouble
6 - 4th start back from a break, last start before break it lead early but got checked and dropped out, cant see this leading from out here
7,8 both have the ability to jump well, the 7 best time is from box 8 at 30-54, but can one of these cross the 2.

if i can get anything over $4 PAPER PENNY ill be on, mainly the win, because as mentioned if this doesnt lead, its not overly strong in the field
