A dumb punter at my local TAB will now and then spend $50 on a pick 4 and he goes for value, sometimes his $50 is 1/4 or 1/6th of the pool. WADH.

well i think most of the corporate bookies bet SP so the pools may actually increase if it is fed into the living rooms and people betting through the tab accounts

i mean that winner was $1.07 SP and paid $1.30 on a WA own pool tote and $1.40 unitab - thats a very good over. more money into pools could mean even better value.

but international racing isnt my area of expertise
