SASA is the winner. had 50 on him last start. Was something beaten. Wanted the extra distance, wouldn't be surprised if it absolutely demolishes them.
Texan Warney in the first (SA horse) at a bit of odds is in brilliant form also

I'm going with the 7. Placement in the Oaks. Still a maiden but ran second to Brazilian Pulse last start. Rises 2.5kgs on that run as does Brazilian Pulse.

Also putting on a trifecta, 2, 5, 6, 7.

In MR 7 I'm going the 4.

race 1 - 3,5,6,9,11,13 - keen on the 13 ew

race 2 - 2,3,4,5,6,7,9,11,15 - the main one here i like is the 9

race 3 - will risk the top 2 but they are right in the race. 3,4,6,9,11,13 - like a few here at good ew odds, 4,11,13

race 4 - 1,2,3,5,6 - looks fairly clear cut on paper

race 5 - 1,2,5,7,8 - could we get lucky and jag the 7 at 80/1 or better

race 6 - really keen on the 2, good solid win sat. 1 - depending on how bad the track is. 3,4,6,7,9 and a real roughy 10

race 7 - 2,3,4,5,13 - will be banking on the 5,13 to run the exacta here

race 8 - 1,2,4,5,7,11,16 - and the other 2 that probably need to be put in if going wider are the 13,17

race 9 - 1,2,3,5,8 - really wanting the 3 here.

Moppy, this is a horse I have followed since its first race start (it was a horse in the same stable as mine in Canberra a few years ago) and it generally hates tracks that have any moisture on it at all...even a drop of water, so be a little wary. I have mentioned this horse a few times in the "Blackbookers" thread. Having said that it will probably win by 5 lengths now I have said that

Backed Placement on saturday and she was in the slow part of the track but was still grinding away, so that is who I have backed in the Oaks.

Not so much a direct tip but a guy at the melb cup said he was going to hammer Sasa today and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about, had $5000 a win $10000 the place on Americain (saw him place the bet but still backed shocking). So if its good enough for him its good enough for me.

Also like Lakedro in Race 9, will relish the long straight and Rightfully Yours as an each way chance in Race 8.

Backed Placement on saturday and she was in the slow part of the track but was still grinding away, so that is who I have backed in the Oaks.

I've followed Placement since early in his career and have made a little of coin E/W but he is still a maiden.
I've had a big opinion of her, kept following her, but have got off of her today.
Just don't think she is as good as Sasa, Precious Lorraine.

If she wins, I'll be dirty!

1 - yosei - must be respected even after a poor run last start
2 - brazilian pulse - is the top pick in this, won well sat
4 - heartsareforlove - last 2 starts has battled on well, one for the exotics, not sure it can win
5 - precious lorraine - prepared to risk this winning, think it might even struggle for place
6 - sasa - not far away last start running on nicely the extra distance suits - main danger
7 - placement - maiden but hasnt been far away in its last 2 and can be right in the finish again
9 - kittens - rough ew at best
11 - maraaseem - may not handle the wet track but its last run was a super effort and well worth including at $15
