Lads, Mr charlie. second last race in Flem. Geelong cup run was super. With any luck it would have almost pipped americain, but defently would have run second. 12's yesty, now 8's. go back look at the run, horse in red and yellow on rail. never gets a crack! runs 4th.

You wonder if that Hay List possible injury incident was more than was let on.
Did run so I guess you can't make excuses for it but given the big money for Black Caviar during the week prior you'd have to figure someone knew something because going on previous racing there shouldn't have been that big a difference in the betting.
Congrats to a horse from Macau called Luen Yat Forever. Has won all before it in Macau but started it's first race out here at 100-1 and was only a nose out of placings to More Joyous, Were Gonna Rock and Poor Judge. No good in Cox plate but was sent out at 40-1 yesterday and only went down a head to Wall Street but that was still only good enough for fourth.
Not sure what happened to one of my favourite horses in Faster Son but only ran the 2 starts for 2 wins in Melbourne.

watch the replay. race 3 at cranbourne yesterday.
came from along long way off the lead and wom by a nose.

Yeh i saw it. Was awesome. Caller called it a one horse race half way down the straight, then this thing went bang!

From barrier 12 (16-4 scratchings) it jumped ok, went toward the lead, got shunted out four wide with no cover. Ran on into the straight but died on it's run for 4th. I'll definitely keep it in my black book.
