race 11 - 4 should get a clear run early and really should go close to winning - ran 2nd

race 12 - 8 hopefully we can get real good odds for this ew. I think this can lead from here - ran 3rd

3 selections 3 placings, wouldve liked a winner or two or three

Well that was a good result for the Quinella bet there with TOP 2 selections running that. OVERS for the winner again.

Bendigo Race 5

5 REDLINE REAPER $1.26
4 SIR SHADY GROVE $15.78
1 OCKYS BOY $24.05
2 KALIMNA CHANCE $26.72
7 ACES DELIGHT $36.65
6 COOL BURST $45.25
8 MURPH AND TOM $105.11
10 KATIE CALAHAN $244.19

126-FIRST 4

I've never seen such a well suited greyhound this year. Redline Reaper, will get plenty of room early, with the 6 missing the kick, the 7 being moderate, the 8 no-where. the 4 goes to the rail. 10 (3) is slow. 2 moderate, 1 slow.

Just oozes talent Redline Reaper. And will be red faced if my BEST RATING for 2010 flops.

Betfair will be moving around $1.70 you'd think. So watch for it as there will be plenty traded on it due to the BOTS laying ODDS ON greyhounds. Just look at Pure Inspiration......

Hehehe. There were no more bets for today after that race as I was out.

But yes, you are right.

When things take a tumble, you have to stick with it, if it is a proven system.

I didn't study for Sandown tonight, just had a quiet frothy and watched some of the racing with a mate. And there is one thing that continually pops up. I don't know whether it is selective memory or not.

BUT. If you look at the form (even a quick glance) for the previous race at Sandown, you will find, that ALL the runners, bar the reserve are PING AND WIN.

The only greyhound to run down a field (and at Sandown too while copping interferance) was #10 ARVO"S COUGAR.

In capable hands and nothing wrong with the breeding either. Paid $26 S-TAB.

Ok. This is one race that we have picked this up. But I believe that in future analysis, this type of punting will be taken into some serious consideration.

---------- SANDOWN-------

Race 10

#1 Ping/Win....inexperienced. Form can vary
#2 Ping/Win...inexperienced.
#3 Swooper...loads of ability, if leads will WIN
#4 Swooper..inexerpienced
#5 Ping/Win...experienced runner down on peak form
#6 Ping/Win...experienced runner on peak form
#7 Swooper...experienced and smart
#8 Ping/Win...experienced runner on peak form. But doesn't always chase.

Lets imagine

#1 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
#2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
#3 >>>>>>>>
#4 >>>>>>
#5 >>>>>>>>>>>
#6 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
#7 >>>>>
#8 >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Sandown is a RAILERS/INSIDE box track.

Think about the likelyhood of #3 getting a dream run on the rails. How much traffic the 4,7 have to find. Can the 6,8 posi up well?

------SANDOWN--------- RACE 11

See the inside box lead as predicted. And avoid all the carnage where there is a mixture of pace/experienced from the outside boxes....

INSIDE BOXES/RAILERS

#1 Ping/Win....experienced runner who fades over this distance. Not on peak form.
#2 Ping/Win...experienced runner who is on peak form.
#3 Ping/Win....experienced runner. Not on peak form.
#4 Swooper.....experienced runner who is inconsistent.
#5 Ping/Win...experienced runner who is near peak form.
#6 Ping/Win....experience runner who is far from peak.
#7 Ping/Win....experienced runner who is near peak.
#8 Ping/Win....experienced runner who is at peak.

This is our race. Whether you like the #4 or not based on form, this speed map looks good for betting.

#1 >>>>>>>>>>>
#2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>
#3 >>>>>>>>>>>
#4 >>>>>
#5 >>>>>>>>>>>
#6 >>>>>>>>
#7>>>>>>>>>>>
#8 >>>>>>>>>>>>

If we take out the OFF peak runners.... #1,3,6. This leaves the ONLY swooper in the race, sitting on the rails behind.... 1,2,8.

Now #1 fades. #2 doesn't have outright class. #8 won't be sitting on the fence, so will be running further in distance.

We will also take the experienced/peak performers 2,5,7,8 for out exotics.

Do a market. Find the value. Rover the selection. And sit back and enjoy.

For what its worth here is my order in terms of suitability.
