Came second to C'mon Bella four starts back, but that was at 643m and he was charging home. Hopefully he'll get some juicy odds, but it won't be the six buck place he got that day, probably be a NTD race as well.

Even with GRSA increasing prizemoney for the placegetters in staying events there still isnt enough noms. I have nommed 4-5 race meetings in a row without gaining a start over 731m so raced over an unsuitable 515m. Im starting to look at interstate meetings JUST so we can get a start over 700m which isnt ideal but no point in racing over unsuitable distances.
As for tonight im not 100% sure if he is 100% fit for tonight as we havent raced or trialled over the distance since last 731m race due to the heat stopping the trials and also no 700m races.
Again not ideal but whatever he does tonight he will certainly improve on.

Only had five bucks on me so I slapped it on the trifecta, probably the easiest one I've ever picked. Sparkling ales with the cricket tonight!

Yeah! You would have wanted that 5 times to get anything worth singing about!!! Hehe.

Was it two and a half times?

Winner then second third second third?

That costs 5 bucks and pays two and half times doesn't it?

Bahaha, no way browndog!! I'm not that good, as mug as they come mate!

Went in there before footy training to put $5 on Ryles, but changed my mind and boxed the three. Made me $15 (hey, if you win, you don't lose ;) ) so I'll upgrade from pales to sparkles :D

no arguments from me Dutchy, its record over the 731m is very good.

its a classy animal and certainly one of the better stayers in this state, unfortunately there is no depth in distance racing here

He has NEVER ran a place over the 600m at Angle Park. The 600m at Angle Park is not a hard 600m so a lot of dogs that cant run the 643m at Gawler can still run the 600m at Angle park.
There is always a first time for everything though and YES he should start at BIG ODDS ;)
