Eagles beat North
Sturt beat Port
Centrals beat Norwood
Glenelg beat South....

So the Glenelg/Centrals multi is a win, all of Dutchy's other SANFL bets lost....

Umpires killed the Roosters.....

Finished nicely in front for the weekend on the back of a few multi's:

Central + Glenelg
Central + Collingwood - 19.5
Central + Brisbane + Sydney

If North had been able to get the job done yesterday would have been a huge weekend, given I had the other 3 in a 4-leg SANFL multi .. Wasn't confident on that game funnily enough, so didn't hammer that bet and no huge loss.

Oh, also got done on the Dogs at the line.

Why is that!??

Bloke has his head ripped off - holding the ball, Eagles goal from free kick.

No one touches anyone, but THE SAME UMPIRE pays a free kick after a point at the top of the goal square - Eagles goal.

Lose by 8 points......

Granted Rory Sloane had two chances to goal in the third quarter, neither of which made the distance and turned into Eagles goals, and Damon White pinpointing Ken McGregor 40m out hurt as well..... but the two free kicks were paid at crucial stages of the last quarter......

The problems with the second fee kick goal are many and varied. First of all, not one person in the whole stadium, including 36 players on the ground know what it was for, not even the guy who got the kick. Second of all, the point stood which means the infringement had to of occurred after the all clear was given, which then means the free kick is paid from where the infringement took place. I CAN GUARANTEE it didn't occur at the top of the goal square as not one player was anywhere near there when the point was kicked.....

2 free kicks lose you the game even though 80 minutes of footy had been played prior to the first of those two frees.

Advetiser has North 27 free kicks and the Eagles 17 , I was at the game and in conjunction with the free kick stats can confirm that North definitely got the rub from the umps.

I did see the free kick stats in the paper, but when you only play 1 quarter of football you can't expect to get many free kicks. I am not saying that our piss weak third quarter didn't also cost us the game, but two VERY IMPORTANT umpiring decisions resulting in two goals when you lose by 8 points certainly kills any chance....

West have lost their best 2 players in Davenport and Moran while CD arent happy about last weeks game, reckon they cover this pretty easy today

Centrals -46.5
$200 @ $2.00

Saw South live last week and they are a developing team, their line up is strengthened today with Cook dropping back from the Crows, while PAM are 0-5 and all sorts of rumours of disharmony coming out of the club, PAM havent got their best team on the paddock thru injuries and suspension, happy to take the home dog here

South Adelaide Win
$150 @ $2.05

Glenelg are overdue for everything to click, saw some good signs last week, their midfield should be too good today and if they can hold Norths forwards they should win $1.90 for the Bays at home is a good price no matter who the opposition is, North have been backed in so it makes this game a play

Glenelg Win
$110 @ $1.90
