Only got back thismorning and just tuned in to watch R2 at Pirie and low and behold was that the LONE RANGER not handing up to an odds on fave who was clearly racing fierce on his outer, didnt run in the money either i might add - if handed up would have run a place for sure. What you got to say bout that BAYMAN. Loadedbelle 30/1 not handing up to Move in silence 1.20 at Port Pirie (huge sprint lane) over 2050...............Top 3 driver my arse.

High and Low will be good value in race 5 E/W
Ill bank on Fifty Gorillas making a meal of the good draw and Six Bid Solo getting up at odds. E/W

Dont like much else, and i agree the Gramel series is a load of shite and i reckon the trotters derby with 7 runners is a joke, what a waste of 10k

what a load of garbage you being in the usa fair dinkum

as for race 2 i didn't see the race properly as i was eating my evening meal, so i'll leave it until i watch it closely but i think the fav only came around at the bell & i don't think anyone hands up with a lap to go unless they're not travelling well (but i do stand corrected until i watch it properly)

as for your tips i'm sure they are appreciated

ps, no need to swear at me

Last week at Gawler the paper tipped Dinky Di to run third, so its good to see some Grand Circuit horses are making their way to our country tracks two weeks in a row

BAYMAN/IRONMAN
Do your homewrok b4 criticising the drives
The trend at Pirie TONIGHT is MUST be near front or smothered on fence to win
There is a track bias and runners back in the field are not making ground
HARDING was on a dour stayer SMOOTH CASINO and had to put it in the race
Sure he got trapped 3 wide, had it been presented the death it would have prob won
Its called initiative
If he sits back with a late run SC would have most prob been unplaced

there is a trend mal because according to jimmy on the radio this morning they've just 'top dressed the track' resulting in an even more biased track, however mal i do not want to get in a slanging match with ironman or anyone else for that matter & you know the old saying about arguing & getting brought down to a level then getting beaten with experience

Last meeting at Pirie horses trapped wide trying to make ground were disadvantaged
About 3-5 off the fence it was sticky and the horses were impeded
Tonight is looking similar, hard to make ground, so a need to be up there early [fence or wide]
Drivers are aware of this hence holding the death seat, taking off 3 wide etc is occuring

Fair Dinkum Mal, Golden Boy Harding has lost the plot what the hell is he doing out there, odds on in a field of five and did you see that stinker he just drove on that 2 y old. What a joke, there was only one way that horse could have got beat and Golden Boy found it - lets just hope the stewards say enough is enough and they rub him out cause that was pathetic. From barrier one he has ended up in the death seat booring into the leader, left the fence (the winners spot) and made a complete mess of it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!

Yeh Mal if you call sitting there feeding off Hardings shocker on the fence hardly even had to steer the bloody thing "a great drive" youre easy to please. Humpty Dumpty on drugs would have steered that one home.
Golden Boy had to drive a winner eventually given the drives he had, 3 back the pegs was his best chance given his recent form.

PORT PIRIE was a come form any posi type track until recently
9 races tonight
8 winners settled on the pegs
the only winner off the pegs was MOVE IN SILENCE the LATE MAL spesh $1-20

Can you at least see a trend ?
Perhaps we should ALL be criticising the track rather than disintigrate some of the drivers

they'll both be taking off out wide putting the speed on destroying races.

PORT PIRIE +5RPH ON THE BALL
____________________________

Confirmation on Adelaides leading trotting station 5RPH by media guru Tony Lawrence
that the Pirie track is uneven and that horses settling on the fence had an enourmous advantage last night.
TL asked several drivers for an opinion to confirm the track bias.
Well done to 5RPH for alerting me to the track bias in thier programmes prior to the meeting.
_______________________________________________________________________________
I will be buying a $30 brick from the station as Im much more than that in front with thier imFORMation.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Pnce again TL re-iterating my thoughts that that the drivers can be excused for face value poor drives.
The PP track was resurfaced recently and this is the prob at this stage ?
Next 2 fridays at GDP, hopefully the PP track can be fixed up by then.
Perhaps LES BURDETT can be contacted....

BLACK BOOKER
____________

SMOOTH CASINO 3 wide the trip at PP trying to get outside the leader to be competitive
To race in the worse going and finishing 3rd was simply an outstanding effort.

JACKPOTS-UNITAB

Jackpotting trotting $$$ to other codes
Ive had enough and now put most of my Unitab investments with Sporting corporations.
However the service I get from NSW/VIC TABs is so good that I continue to invest there

well if sturt were 'switched on' from the start it would have been better but having said that had they kicked straight it still would've come in after all they did win by 1.11 (17 points) that is 12 more scoring shots ffs
