I think its pretty simple above. I think there is no value in backing the draw (way too short, how many test matches end in draws these days, plus the pitch is different and likely to yield some early wickets on Day 1) so I have LAYed the draw on Betfair, someone wanted to back the draw @ $2.34 therefore I matched the bet, Im risking 6.8 units to win 5 Units (Draw happens I lose 6.8 units, AUS/IND win I win 5 units)

Hope that helps, now what I will try and do is hope the Draw gets out to $5- or $6- and I can then back it to lock in a g'teed profit....

I almost took the $3.00 the draw offered after the first couple of wickets today, would have made me about 1.35 units profit

Just hoping for a few wickets tonight and the draw will blow

Alright it hasnt been the best match to trade with so far but hoping that changes today, Im looking at a loss on this game unless the draw doesnt happen or I can lay off at some stage today but that will require one team to look like winning at some stage.

I reckon the Aussies might set a getable target for India and with India's ability to score quickly could set up for a win at some stage, therefore Ive had a small go at the India win -

2nd bet - BACK India
0.5 Units @ $21.00 (risk 0.5 units to win 10)

My Situation updated -
IND +15.0
AUS +4.5
DRAW -7.3

AUS/IND Test Series
-7.3 Units

Interesting following the pools on Betfair only $700k was traded before the first ball, by the end of the test over $13m was traded!

Think most of us took a loss in the 1st Test.
Clarkes out so I'll stick with the Indians to win outright @ 9/4.

Thinking these odds look okay about the Second Test.

India 3.20
Australia 3.20
Draw 2.40

What are the chances of another draw!?? Get on both at $3.20!
