Never had a problem with withdrawing from any of my Tab accounts, no matter how big the w/draw, Cash, cheque or EFT.
There should NOT be a problem with any major bookmaking firm paying out their customers.
They probably deliberatley stuff successful clients around in the hope they do give them the flick, bcos lets face it, they're only interested in punters who are perennial LOSERS.

Rang up to organise my withdrawal, i ring back a few days later to see what is happening as i believed it was ample time for them to have done the deposit. I speak to a woman who looks at my account and tells me 'that i had lost that money' which is a little hard to do if you hadnt placed a bet with them......

i then spoke to a manager, told him i was withdrawing a small amount of $1500 - and he carries on as if $1500 is a huge amount - seriously.

from personel experience, any sMALl problem i've had has been rectified almost immediately & with understanding from my position....perhaps it depends on who you get & whether they've had a good day or not, or perhaps a blue with the partner the night before
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Me too MT
This is what happened to me with the same firm September 2009
I had a letter saying the minimum bet over the phone had increased from $20 to $50
The letter was aplogising for the raise

LOOK at this sentence

In the spirit of this change of policy, I have credited your account with a free bet valued at $200

These have both happened to me

Hullo TAB
Hullo I just put on a bet in the Internet, and put a wrong number on, can I cancell it ?
No you cant , once you have put a bet on the Internet it cannot be cancelled

Hello Sportsbet
Hullo Ive just put a bet on with a wrong number on can I cancell it?
Yes sure what bet was it ....

I get stroppy with TABs in these situations
But somewhere in thier Terms and Conditions procludes members from cancelling Internet bets
I take that on my triple chin
But Sportsbet[and most other Internet Bookies] is kind enough to allow me to cancell
