Not an absolutely massive amount won but my boss in consecutive weeks has done this;

Last week. Put on a $100 - 9 Leg Multi (NRL and AFL) at odd of 65/1 and hit.

This week. Put on a $100 - 8 Leg Multi (NRL and AFL_ at 50/1 odds and did it again.

Not bad form i say.

I wish I could work out the NRL as well. If you could shop between the two codes well enough you could find some real value (as evidenced above)

i had $100 on Daniel Kerr for the 2005 brownlow @ 300/1.
Cousins was 1 vote infront coming into the last round and didnt play.
Kerr played a blinder at Subiaco racking up 35+ touches and a couple of goals. West coast beat the crows and all i needed was 1 vote to tie which would have paid $15,000 or 2 votes to collect $30,000 and he got no votes.
Mcleod ended up with the 3 votes.
My wife and I were definately counting our winnings before the final count.
i had already planned the holiday and new car.

Was a terrible night i tell you

that was probably the game where the crows didnt need to win, as they were already cemented near the top of the ladder
