that is the thing with this sort of competition. All the games can go either way :)
The key to Bubba is his first few holes. he showed on Sunday he can consistantly put the ball in the right spot to go low. The only thing is he needs to put the ball in the cup.

As for Phil, he is all class and will go well I think. I think he will go ok. Forecasts have the wind up and about so it will bring every player back to level field I think.

Really looking forward to being able to watch it live and in our time zone :D

Australian PGA tees off tomorrow morning at Coolum in Queensland. A top class field assembled again:

http://championship.pga.org.au/

My tips overall:

Nick O'Hern - $17
Greg Chalmers - $17 - wins in playoff
Geoff Ogilvy - $9
Y.E Yang - $23
Rod Pampling - $51
Ryan Haller - $81
Aaron Townsend - $101

Feel that both Bubba Watson and Rickie Fowler look too short at the $15 and $17 respectively. Coolum punishes inaccuracy more than most courses, and while Watson is a powerful striker, his first look at the course may bring him undone. Fowler looks more suited to the US style of courses, unlike the Australian/European style.

First round leaders:

Ogilvy - $14
O'Hern - $23
Robert Allenby - $26
Matthew Goggin - $41
Alistair Presnell - $51
Townsend - $101 - one shot off the lead on day one; the site sponsor is Each Way, Top 3 on first round leader.
Kieran Pratt - $126

Finished at -1.

Have had a slice of the $150 Craig Parry, no doubt he can still contend.

Although one of my favourite players Donald is a massive Lay at anything under $7, has he ever played here before?

Donald has only played in Australia once before, as an amateur, in Sydney.

Parry was unlucky to drop the New Zealand Open two weeks back, just not sure he is up to this field. The winner there was the top ranked of all of the field, Brad Kennedy, at number 277 in the world.

Thanks MT. Thought it started tomorrow for some reason!

Just catching the highlights now on fox, ian poulter with the early lead -6, conditions were almost perfect!

Favourite Luke Donald outside the top 10 at this stage, shooting a -2.

Day 3 leaderboard. Ogilvy had a big look at the course record, ended up tying it with a 63, and with a bit of luck, could have hit the magic 60.

Tomorrow could be hairy - talk of 60 km/h winds at some points  .If that holds, players like Nathan Green and Peter Lonard will really come into calculations, both good wind players as a broad rule. Ditto Greg Chalmers.

1 Geoff Ogilvy -8 18 -13 71# 66# 63# -- 200
2 Ian Poulter -2 18 -11 65# 68# 69# -- 202

Wasnt it an amazing round from Ogilvy! His front 9 was pretty much faultess, first 3 holes went eagle, birdie, birdie and the rest was set up from there. His chip in from 70-80 meters on the 8th? was sensational! He should go on and win it IMO (although conditions as you said CK will test him).
