PUNK did your ratings system have odds for LONIE + MASSIE ?
They are both listed at $101 with Mr. Thornton.

my tips : CLAYTON/CICOLELLA/BACKWELL

beat roughiel: OSULLIVAN

HAYNES might poll ok despite being ineligeable.

Haynes will poll well in the WAFC B&F, I have genuine doubts that he will trouble the scorer, come MM night, as that is asking him to be in the best 3 on the field in each game- & West copped some pastings. Same as no-one from Sturt would be a serious contender.
I find it hard to disagree with your top 3 candidates Mal.

Ecky wrote:The one that I think will surprise by polling well, who isn't even on Thornton's list, is Justin McConnell.

He won't win it, and shouldn't win it, but he does many flashy things that the umpires would take notice of - the sort of player they will remember to give votes to on the days when they are struggling to come up with 3 names.

Ecky - I backed him about 6 weeks ago and Thornton gave me 50/1, he told me he had hardly had any bets for him which did suprise me, Steal had him at 14/1 at the same time....while I dont think he will win I agree with your thoughts, flashy player, long sleeves, spiky hair and has kicked a couple of bags as well - thought it was well worth a crack at odds offerred

and the umpires love him - just look at Cupido.....dont you dare touch the SLSP!!!!!

I think Cicolella has been harshly treated in your voting chart and will win.....he should be fav IMHO.
Umps are a strange lot, and often get it wrong on MM night.

Just because I rate him $9 (which is probably a touch of overs), doesn't mean that he can't win it, or is poor value. But in my opinion, he's no value, because Johnny rates him $4- if you rate him $2.20, & they're offering $4, he's value in your eyes, & you should get on.
At the same time, I'm not offering to lay any of these, but just assessing them. I feel that Cicolella will have votes taken from him by his team-mates, hence why I've assessed him as such.

My best chance at this stage lies with Chad O'Sullivan- hopefully the umpires have seen it this way!

I edited my post prior to seeing yours, but I reiterate that I'm not offering to lay any of them, but am sharing my assesment with GF members. Tell Dolph till the cows come home, but I won't be laying anything.

well jb & myself told you when mouse was 40/1 that it was a good bet & he is a proven votegetter, i know a few got on but why not look at the value & as it turned out he was in front when we put the bet on
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway
