4/115 off 30 after being 4/63. Lara 23* and Morton 34*. Interesting to see Lara batting 6.

If he bats the journey I reckon we are in for a good fight.

Ponting used 7 bowlers inside the first 30 overs.

Ive noticed that unlike when I was in the UK - we cant bet once the cricket has started? Is this right?

you can but you have to ring up, cant do it over the internet once event/race has started - Aus government rules - the pros bet in the run as they can trade their positions to ensure a profit.

Even on SOuth Africa races tonight you can bet with 200m to go!!!! watch the market after the race starts

Windies won by 10 runs (Wilson got a hat-trick for the Windies)- these pitches are proving extremely difficult to bat on second. Can you get your bets on after the toss? If so, I'd be doing just that, & backing the side that bats first, regardless of price/favouritism.

id be thinking that with the dodgy pitches it may be best to leave that comp alone and focus on the local league and wait for the ashes to start!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it was Taylor who got the hattrick? Unless u know his nickname is Wilson? Not sure....

Not sure if you guys on TV got the same footage as England, but Simon Hughes "the analyst" had a BIG return on England winning the Ashes. He had a good 5 figure return in pounds!!

Ive got a 0-2 record losing $60- do far, with one $25- bet in play (SA) so if i lose that im back to a $15- bank! but if it wins ill have around $70, at least something to build on over the loooog summer - go redbacks!

Yeh NSW need 281 to win on day 4.

Dutchy its a fairly rough start.

I think you need to up your balance by putting the remainder on Racing to Win in the Cox Plate. Miss Finland only danger to it, and it wont run!!

South Australia to beat NSW (most points) Pura Cup
$25- on @ $1.85
to return $46.25

finally got a collect -

Record
WL 1-2
Invested $85-00
Returned $46-25
Profit -$39-75
Bank $61-25

AUS cost me big time, dont think I can trust them tonight, even the POMS look good value at $4.25...might be a NO BET tonight or a small wager on the POMS...theres a Pure cup game starting tomorrow so will study that one to see if theres a bet there

TAS @ WA - Just did some research and think WA will be hard to beat here exp with Langer in the side, they are however at a good things price of $1-63 but cant see them giving this one up.

TAS v WA Pura Cup
WA to win
$40- @ $1.63
to return $65.10
