it opened up with one bookie @ 2.40 & i was there to put 250 on it when over the top came a high profile bookie (the biggest profile bookie in adelaide, you know, the one that didn't pay a dog bet) & had 700 on it i got left to take 1.60 & the rest ended up opening between 1.30 & 1.40 but it was money for jam
interesting to note also that there were some big differentials in what was be offered by the bookies in the ring vs those on the lawn.
in the last i took youwantsauce with teh damarel man on the lawn at 2.50 when he was 2.00 with damarel in the ring, also the juggarnaut was being offered at 5.60 outside the ring and 4.20 inside for a while
