i know what your saying but you are factually incorrect you say 'formguides' i say it is just the fields (not form) the paper gives you (for trotts) where is the form ? as i've never seen it apart from the big nights (no more than 4 weeks of the year &usually 2 weeks)
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

In the downstairs room you get the TAB last few runs on the TAB computer
They also put the form on a4 paper on the walls for the punters

Upstairs is the twilight zone

The tab forms are a joke - the only way to get a decent bit of form is on the net, which I did and do now anyway - find it's the best way to find a winner, but at the end of the day - they don't provide a service to the 'mug' punter and provide some detailed form (except for buying a crappy book that costs $3 and only has real form for Globe)....

The place is in trouble and that can be seen by the lack of trainers / drivers worth talking about.. in Perth / Melboune / Tassie / Brisbane they are everywhere.. NSW and Adel where they are struggling there is 1 or 2 decent trainers and drivers (full time) - there are some very good 'hobby' trainers - but not enough to sustain the industy...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

$2.50 for 3 meetings worth of form...

$5.00 for the Harness Racing Weekly for all meetings Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday.. wouldn't think it's all the great value.. i'll have my HRW form anyday.. granted i'm being a bit harsh on the book - but i just don't really like them...

i use the weekly as well but with the size of the book it is a lot more easy to handle on course than trying to read a paper etc at home yes the weekly but on course the book, granted the weekly's value is better than the book but our book is superior than the books in victoria as they only give you fields for everything except the local (vic) meeting where it has the form
