5,6 head straight and are quicker at the start. Flying Operater goes straight too.

This gives #7 a perfect cart up into the race and is strong at the end. Might be a bit short, but will begin better and as 5,6 move early will get the room. So I hope.

#1 likes outwide. #4 slower starter. #3 leads. #2 misses and gets cramped by 1.

what are your thoughts on the warragul track?

ive never been able to really hit consistent results there, same as warrnambool

The new Warragul track has had enough races and trials there to get an understanding of what boxes and style of racing it suits.

I've come to notice that at the start of the race, there is a lot less trouble than there use to be, mainly because of how open the track is at the start and its not cramped up against the rail.

The way the course is angled, it doesn't give those who start slowly much chance at winning.

And as you may see on the GRV website, there is no real advantage in terms of box draws yet. It will come down to how the race is suited and how each runner begins since the track is so open early on.

When they showed the finish in slow mo I thought the 3 had its head down when the 1's was up as they crossed the line....

There are rumours A track does not have its camera on a perfect straight angle on the finish line and there is enough difference that you may not actually get the true winner across the line. A few photographers have been seen comparing examples...
